I stopped in on my way to work today. It was not busy. I pulled into the drive thru. I had 1 car in front of me and 1 at the window. I didn't get acknowledgement of sitting there till the car in front of me was greeted. That should have been my sign. But I ordered the $8 double jbc deal. I asked for no onions no mayo. Can't see the screen to know if it was put in right. Mind you I know it should not come with onions anyways but I like to be sure since I'm allergic to them. I got to work and my fries were not in the bag and my sandwiches had mayo and onion. I went back to my car to look for the receipt and no luck. I thought maybe it was in the bag and I missed it. Nope. So here I am where I had to buy a second lunch and give away food because I have to work and don't have a way to prove that I paid for a meal they messed up fully. Do not stop there. Find another one. Eat a different place. I will not go back there.

I'm actually offended at the fact this place hawked day old baconator fries into my order. These pics were taken about 2 minutes after getting our order. Cheese was so cold it was like a carpet on top of the stale cold fries. Rest of the meal was fine, I don't understand why they cut the corner on the fries.

My complaint is that I have to order my food before I use the Restroom when I come in, And there’s a sign that says you only have half hour to eat your food and then you must get out of the place! So much for welcoming customers, I won’t be coming to this Wendy’s south Delsea dr Vineland!😡 I was informed about this place from other customers, they are also going to boycott Wendy’s

Lately it’s been really slow nothing never ready In the mornings. Sodas be flat and taste weird. The wedges be very cold and customer service is terrible. Only time I have a good experience is when The old lady is there. prices are too expensive too

I am upset that a poor team was yelled at by customers due to understaffing, no one should be that stressed and so young of a manger dealing with it all it was a terrible experience.

30 minutes waiting for a mobile order only to get home and my order isn't even right with 1 of 3 sandwiches missing. Last visit my burger was so old and dried out it wasn't even edible I never go to wendy's again

I ordered an online order for pickup I came two times to try change the order cause it was not cooked well done the coke they gave to me it was a Diet Coke cause they didn’t have regular coke, but instead of telling they stay quiet plus they are nasty the food the meat tasted like straight raw the service was absolutely terrible they don’t have communication and don’t know how to treat customers right don’t even buy here especially if you have children eating this food they can get sick. 🤮🤮🤢
