30 minutes waiting for a mobile order only to get home and my order isn't even right with 1 of 3 sandwiches missing. Last visit my burger was so old and dried out it wasn't even edible I never go to wendy's again

I ordered an online order for pickup I came two times to try change the order cause it was not cooked well done the coke they gave to me it was a Diet Coke cause they didn’t have regular coke, but instead of telling they stay quiet plus they are nasty the food the meat tasted like straight raw the service was absolutely terrible they don’t have communication and don’t know how to treat customers right don’t even buy here especially if you have children eating this food they can get sick. 🤮🤮🤢

Did not have any coke , this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Did not have the Cesar salad in stock is there a new owner? The old owner would never let things be this bad. Staffing is always down and only one window is open. This use to be the best one around and now it’s a disappointment .

I only give 4 stars because in the area where you stop at the carts to shop you can last up to 30 minutes at night without being attended to by the long line and I think they only leave 3 or 2 people working, otherwise everything is fine and I see many people get desperate and go somewhere else
