Used to move fast. The new management has made it slow and it takes forever to order ... The quality of the chili has been watered down as well as the flavor....used to be my favorite when Marcia was running it
I only give 4 stars because in the area where you stop at the carts to shop you can last up to 30 minutes at night without being attended to by the long line and I think they only leave 3 or 2 people working, otherwise everything is fine and I see many people get desperate and go somewhere else
Staff was somewhat friendly but focused on having loud discussions about an incident earlier in the day with an unruly customer.
