Today is December 9th 750am at the drive thru pick up when I got my order home and I open my food it was cold and messed up so I attempted to take it back and the very rude and disrespectful manger asked me what is the problem I told him it wasn't right I asked him to open it and look at it he refused to do so he said I'm the manager and you can call who you want with all the bad reviews this place has you would think upper management would do something about it us as customers should get what we pay for and not have a disrespectful manager talk to you in any way

I will ALWAYS choose WENDYS over any other fast food chain!…You get way more food for your money compared to other places, the food itself just tastes better and better for you, they NEVER forget anything in your order and always include straws and napkins without having to ask and their customer service is always exceptional with very nice and pleasing workers!…5 STARS across the board!

When we walked in there were two kiosks. Only one was on. I went through the entirety of placing my order only for it not to accept payment. As I went to tap my card the cc machine fell off the kiosk. I was able to pay at the register and it seemed like the employees where aware you could order not pay.
My food was really good.
But the restaurant dining area was so dirty. The floor was sticky to the point my 9 year old pointed it out because his shoes stuck to the floor. There was trash and unwiped tables.
The soda machine was out of about 50% of the selection displayed.

This is the slowest fast food store I've ever encountered. Anytime you dine in you wait for food. Drive through forget it. Always a line. Door dashers get fed up waiting for my order too. They need to get their stuff together.

I don’t know why I continue to give this place a chance. Never had a good experience there ): the drive thru takes FOREVER and the staff all look and act like they hate it there. And there’s always something wrong with my order. This most recent time there wasn’t any ice for drinks. I was handed a lukewarm soda. It’s happened there before and I didn’t want to make a stink. So I went home and put it in some ice… but the soda was completely flat. And the fries are soggy…Disgusting.
