Horrible place to go to. If you do a mobile order, you have to wait 25+ minutes after you arrive. The front desk doesn’t even speak to you. Stick to Taco Bell lol

I always have the bad luck that the restaurant is either closed or the product is finished... sometimes the line takes up to 30 minutes with 2 cars until at the end they tell you that everything is finished and other times someone responds to you as if you were shit through the microphone... for example: we are closed, get out and everything is bad.

In this place I stopped to buy at night and the self-service people are very bad-mouthed and I do believe that she is in charge of that shift, apart from the fact that in line it takes up to 30 minutes to finally tell you that they have run out of all the shit in the place, never come to this place again

In this place I had a displeasure, I went to buy for self-service at night, and a woman I imagine is the manager of the place in her way of treating the people was terrible, apart from having to wait for more than 20 minutes and finally tell you that it is already closed before the time when the place closed because everything ended according to them and just because I asked her something else, the answer was: We are closed, leave here in a shouting tone.

Very busy store at night, you can't go stand in line at the self-service, the employees are rude and treat you badly. In short, it's as if it were discrimination against the Latin people we are going to buy and apparently the night manager is very bad-mouthed with the customers.

This location is horrible. We always have an issue here. The night staff is young kids with no work ethic and a manager just as bad. Last night we waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us (thought this was suppose to be fast food) just to be told they're out of fries, frostys and chicken. We left and took our business to Burger King. We like Wendy's food and this is our local restaurant but enough is enough already. Won't be surprised if they close this location down. We'll be taking our business to a different location from now on.
