not customer friendly.
scheduled tire installation several weeks ago for installation today. received a call Monday saying they needed to reschedule because no installer available. called but told they had no idea when tires can be installed because installer on vacation and they had no idea when he'll return. left me a vm last night to call again to reschedule which I did today, but no one answered the phone.
they have my money but aren't providing the service I paid...read full review
why can't i get delivery from your voorhees,nj store and why would i have to pick up my order at the service desk if it was even available, you say i can get home delivery but when i put my zip code in 08004 iy says coming soon. I am a high rishksenior with heart and lung conditions, my doctor does not want me to leave our house and we have been members at the V store since it opened. We will not forget this when the pandemic is over
