I have always had my cakes for parties here since grade school. today i picked up a cake for my sons baptism that i only ordered 2 days previous. the lady was so friendly when ordering and the cake turned out better than i could have hoped. thank you to the nice lady who took the order and for making it. also they are always delicious.

not customer friendly. scheduled tire installation several weeks ago for installation today. received a call Monday saying they needed to reschedule because no installer available. called but told they had no idea when tires can be installed because installer on vacation and they had no idea when he'll return. left me a vm last night to call again to reschedule which I did today, but no one answered the phone. they have my money but aren't providing the service I paid for. awful service

I had the worst tires experience on 8/29. Only one installer, nobody picks up phone. Was told to come in earlier than my appointment because they don’t have enough staff because some quit or got sick. The main store doesn’t have anyone that picks up the phone either. Placed my order online and then they tell me after leaving my car for 3 hours they don’t take of lug nuts that may be cross threatens! Wait aren’t you a tire division? Then asked for Donna the GM at the time I was getting my refund and she never showed after waiting 10 mins for her. DO NOT GO HERE for your tires absolutely poorly run!

why can't i get delivery from your voorhees,nj store and why would i have to pick up my order at the service desk if it was even available, you say i can get home delivery but when i put my zip code in 08004 iy says coming soon. I am a high rishksenior with heart and lung conditions, my doctor does not want me to leave our house and we have been members at the V store since it opened. We will not forget this when the pandemic is over
