I agree that the staff is impolite. I walked into the store to place a takeout order. I place the order and wait at a table. 5 minutes later, a staff member walks out to give me my food. Want to know how the staff identifies me on the order receipt? ‘Old Man’. I would never be insulted like that from an independent pizza shop. That’s beyond impolite, the staff is rude. They lost me as a customer.

Delivery driver was very polite. Ordered online and within minutes our pizza was here. I almost couldn’t believe it. It looked fresh and not just thrown together. Also got free parm bites with our credits that were piping hot too! ❤️❤️❤️ Have yet to have a bad experience with this location.

Ordered Gluten free pizza, crust burnt beyond being Edible. Ordered stuffed crust , undercooked mush in the middle (soupy) No flavor and terrible texture. Had not been in 5+ years and will never return

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband placed an order for what I thought was half Philly cheesesteak and half cheese pizza. He gets home and the one half is literally a cracker. No cheese. No sauce. Nothing. Who would order this? I have a family of 4 eating 1 slice each for dinner. I called and the guy placed me on hold for 7 minutes and comes back to not even help me and rather argue with me. I asked for a manager and he put me on hold for another 3 minutes. Comes back to tell me manager isn’t there and to call back tomorrow at 9am. I called 12pm the next day and the miserable, rude woman said the manager wasn’t in. I asked when she would be there and she said she would call me back on the number I called from. Here we are day 2 and still no call. I think this is absolutely absurd that nobody cares.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from here and theyve left my order at a neighbors house, how hard is it to check numbers on peoples houses
Found food on my front step in the morning that I did not order. Animals got into it and made a mess. Called store to ask if anyone was in the area to clean it up since I am not currently able to. Told no. Talked to rudely. Asked for the manager and was told that she was the manager. Asked for her name and she refused! Asked again and refused to give me her name again. Perhaps a nice apology would have been a better tactic. And why would you refuse to identify herself?

I ordered from Domino’s recently, and while the food was up to their usual good standards, the service left a bit to be desired. The pizza was fresh and flavorful, and the sides were prepared well, but the staff seemed disorganized, which caused unnecessary delays. Overall, it was a decent experience, but a little improvement in service could make it even better. 4/5 stars!

They have given me wrong pizza,they didn't accept their mistakes,instead was arguing a lot.i did not ask for refund but they didn't want to apologize and said sorry or replacement offer.i never ever will give them a business again.worst service,worst attitude......
