i went to this dunkin happy and all. then the indian lady that was working started groaning in the drive thru speaker after we ordered matcha. if i could give 0 stars i would. even worse the worker fakes nice in a sarcastic way at the window

Just left the drive-thru and they gave me incorrect order when I was trying to order ONE sandwich...gave me two...charged me for it and would not let me return sandwich after handing me the bag for 2 seconds. Can barely hear person working the drive-thru taking your order which is why I had to repeat my order and then they give me a double order and blame me.

Horrible employee's, don't cook anything long enough and are rude as hell. You won't get your change back unless you ask for it. Can't even do an iced coffee right. DONT GO HERE!!
