Terrible customer service - do not recommend. Waiter harassed me and my friends for not tipping and said “if we can’t tip, we should get take out.” Table next to us was getting excellent service, they were being asked how their food was and how was everything and to have a good day. None of that was presented to us. Customer service is a joke and we do feel discriminated against.

I was eating with my daughter in law at this establishment for dinner on a saturday night … in the middle of dinner , a rat ran across the floor . restaurant manager stated “this place is so big and everything is closed so we have no control” … ummmmm ?…. and no one was even apologetic .

Agreed! It's the only place to go when you want great Chinese! Everywhere around me (Washington Twp) is just different grades of "bad." Ingredients are high quality -- no gristle chicken/ or slimy chicken. Great sauces -- no generic brown sauce that they throw on every dish. Recommend Beef Chow fun, Shrimp lo mein, chicken and broccoli, pot stickers, any soup, etc. Fabulous. I wish they were closer!

As far as food is concerned, Elena wu is probably the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been in. The food is expensive but the quality is amazing and not oily. You get what you paid for and in the case of Elena Wu, it is delicious quality

This was in 2019. Ordered Thai chicken it was a boiled chicken breast (small )with jar chili sauce on it and the white rice was terribleAlso ordered the wonton soup. it was tasteless .What a waste if money. Shame on you Elena Wu!The food was nothing to Woo about !

Best Chinese food in South Jersey! Everything was flavorful and void of artificial flavor like from MSG at many other Chinese restaurants. Soups were hearty but not overly thick. The hot and sour soup was actually hot and spicy. Chow Fun with Beef along with Bok Choy and Tofu were all excellent! Even came with free fresh pineapple desert. Oh, the home made hot oil sauce was the best I've had. On top of the great food, the service was attentive and very enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!Went back and had more of the same and also tried their sushi: Spicy Girl and Dragon Roll. Both were very good!

My friend and I had a fabulous dinner at Elena Wu's yesterday. I can undoubtedly say it was some of the best Asian food I've ever tasted, and I have had Asian food all over the U.S. It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
