Yet another local restaurant, victim to lowlife staffing. Pity.

Best Friendlys location in the area to take your kids to eat at. I went in with my daughter for lunch and was served by the manager Carol. She was very friendly and was great in helping out with our order.The food came out great and was presented neatly. Friendlys isnt as popular as it used to be back in the days, but todays visit sure did bring back a lot of memories from when I was a kid. Definitely will be back to support this Friendlys as there are a few left standing.

Out with our family and thought we would stop in for a nice late lunch since the kids love Friendlys. Walked in, there's a person leaving and one mom and kid in the corner, no one else. Girl behind the counter cooking said she couldn't take any more dine-ins. We were confused as there was no one there. Even if she was the only one there, n waiting on people was such a hassle they should close the doors then. The kids were so upset since they were excited and looking forward to their favorite place, and There isn't really anything in that plaza for younger kids so we ended up driving around trying to find something. Don't be open if you can't take customers. ??♀?

New Menu, average food and very expensive for a Friendly's...the music in the restaurant was pretty good though...no waiting at this location in Voorhees.

Store is under staffed and service takes forever. Friendly people but food was over done, cold and dry. Thought it would be better since it’s always empty, makes sense why it’s empty now.

I miss how great friendlys used to be, the employees look dirty, not as friendly it's like they don't take pride in anything overall, I got a fribble and it was horrible, tasted like milk, was barely sweet. I couldn't even enjoy it, had to throw it out. Friendlys went downhill, I miss my childhood friendlys.

Absolutely waste of time don't even bother going here. Before cvoid the customer service was good even when they were short staffed. Now there's 4 people at the front we go and pick our seat and not one of the 4 people came over to help us or explain what the board said to do because everything is weird because of cvoid. No one said hi everyone just stared. Waited 15 min for someone to come over and help us and not one person came over or even said hi. Literally just left absolutely waste of time very ignorant people clearly didn't want to make a tip or anything. Lost my business not like they had any anyways and you wonder why. 90% of the reviews are bAd!
They made my salad perfectly and my kid loved his pizza. No complaints at all. They only have outside seating right now due to covid.

Took my husband and kids here today for Father’s Day after a long day at the beach. Had to seat ourselves read the menu then go up and order our food and pay right away. They messed up charging me so now I have charges pending for the next 3-5 days. I ordered a shrimp wonton wrap it didn’t taste horrible but the shrimp was so tough I couldn’t even chew it! Then I go back up to order our ice cream I ordered the hubby chubby lava cake they bring me out a tiny cup of ice cream and when I replied that’s not what I ordered he said oh you wanted the lava cake?!! What was suppose to be a nice Father’s Day ending was a horrible horrible experience!

No waitress. No menu, had to use phone to view it. Had to walk up and order and also walk up and get out own food if we got food. Small amount of staff scurried away after we sat down. We had to get our own car seat holder. We walked out and get pizza across the street. We recommend the pizza at crusted fire across the street. Don't bother even walking in or thinking about dinning. Your just wasting your time

I ordered take out and the employees were beyond friendly and helpful... Not to mention that they got my order ready for me as quickly, accurately, and efficiently as possible. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional the entire time, and the whole ordeal went as smoothly and I hoped it would. And of course the food was as delicious as ever! Thank you very much for the amazing service Emma and Carol (aka Yvonne)!! It's much appreciated!!! :)
