Sometimes I order from here because it’s convenient. The food is expensive and to top it off, there’s a web fee plus a delivery fee. Which leaves me with the tipping situation. Lately the service is mediocre. Instructions are clear to ring the bell and not leave the food on the ground and that’s what they keep doing. You want 15% to 20% but can’t follow simple instructions? No sir. Also, forget calling them to let them know they forgot an item. You are on hold forever....

The Salmon Avo-Berry Salad is the best salad I have ever had. I was expecting some tiny piece of salmon like most restaurants but that’s not what I got. The strawberries were fresh. The feta cheese was amazing. Really good salad.

Accidently posted this on the wrong location at first.

Food is good, but 90-120+ plus minutes to fulfill an off-peak hours order of pasta and a salad has happened 1 too many times for me.

The restaurant response being, "yeah, sorry about that." leaves something to be desired.
Like, sir, at least offer an explanation and some sincerity.

TLDR: Ordered delivery. Tipped driver $10. Still waiting for my food...
