I ordered online for a drink with oat milk, since I am allergic to regular milk. I come in, and they say they’re out of oat milk. Disappointed, I say I don’t want another drink but the guy working there insists that he can used lactaid, which I am allergic too, and gave me a weird look when I said I can’t. He then forcefully suggested other drinks, when I didn’t want any other. I just wanted a refund. In the end he said he’d issue a refund, but he was very rude about it. It’s been more than a few days and no refund has been issued. Worst Kung fu tea ever. Not only do I feel disrespected they stole my money for a drink I never got. Cheap stingy people.

Really felt bad for the guy who walked out of the store, i get my drink here all almost 1-2 times a day since i worked in the same plaza. But this morning when i walk to the store, i saw a customer walk out and throwing a whole full cup of milk tea in the trash, i was confused, so i ask him, he told me that the person who was working today was not good at all with customer service, not only did she got his order wrong, but responded with a attitude.
I told myself, im not about to let someone ruin my day, i glanced and took note of the short haired blonde lady,
Guess im never coming in if i see her working there,
Gonna pass the word now to all my co-worker.

I feel bad for the guy whom walked in a the barista got his order wrong. If you want to work as a customer service provider, don’t be so rude to someone, it’s too early in the morning for that. The lady knows she got his order mess up, but rudely responded as though she actually did not do anything wrong. I feel bad for the poor guy, he walked out mad and threw his drink in the trash in front of the store. Not friendly staff! Would not come back

I came in asking for a coffee slush with nata jelly. The who was working there made a mistake and made me a coffee milk tea, I notice and politely came back and waited patiently to tell her that she made me the wrong order. She rudely talked back with a whole attitude and a half saying “but I repeated back to you your order”
I didn’t want to make a scene since it was 10 o’clock in the morning, I simply walked out and threw “my order” in the trash since I can’t drink milk. A whole waste of my money! The white lady with blonde short hair is a no no, I don’t think I will ever come back to this location again.
