I really think that when people give reviews, they have to stop talking about other people's experiences and just their own. I go to stores all the time and see mishaps with other people, but I don't give a review based on that and I'm seeing a lot of that on here and I think it's ridiculous. Also companies run out of things....I saw a not so good review about that also. Didn't you ever run out of things or are you perfect. Hahaha. Anyway.....

I feel bad for the lady working right now with the short pixie cut. I walk in, she’s alone and the first thing she says is the store is out of boba straws. How do you run out of boba straws at a BOBA CAFE???????? Totally out of her control of course, so I blame management. I bought an $8 drink (she added the boba because she said her manager would return in 10-15 after I got there.) well, he never came so I couldnt even eat the boba with all the ice in it.
