Library II Reviews
Last night we celebrated my birthday with family at the Library. Our group was a total of 14, 10 adults & 4 kids (7,6,6,&4). I just want to start off by saying after reading some of the reviews I was nervous about going however past experiences overruled and I wanted to go and decide for myself WELL! I wasn’t wrong on my decision!! We arrived early my husband and I to get a drink at the bar before our family arrived. The bartender’s were very pleasant and right on top of things!...read full review
We love the Library II, we go at least 1x a month, and also never again. The bartenders let us sit for at least 20 minutes, walked right by us, I mean we were virtually invisible. The two young women who were at our end of the bar were just plain rude. I had to get up and ask the guy if he could serve us. My husband kept insisting that we just leave, but their medallions are my favorite. So we stuck it out and it got worse. After we were served our meal, no one came back. They...read full review
The worst dinner I have ever had! Service was terrible, the broiled shrimp was so tough that the knife hardly cut it. We were never offered coffee or desert, just the check that the waitress threw down on the table. The prices posted on the web site were so much different than what we were billed. We will never be back!!

Library II offers a variety of food and drinks. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. The Surf n' Steak dish is a tasty option, and the Surf and Turf is still the absolute best. The salad bar is unmatched, although some customers noted the lettuce could be drier. Chicken on a stick can be good, but the food is not always consistent. Salmon was good, and the salad was good this time. The atmosphere is cool and it's a cozy upscale restaurant. Prices have increased, and there have been reports of a decrease in food quality. Some customers experienced issues with food allergies not being taken seriously by the new management. The new ownership has received mixed reviews. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly but under seasoned, though the au jus helped. Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Martini were awesome.
