Had the worst experience ever and will not be back again. Ordered a bone in rib eye medium rare with crab topping. My husband’s food was fine. My steak was medium well and had colossal crab. Not what I ordered. Im not paying 70 for a steak not cooked right. I sent it back. They gave me a well done piece of prime rib. I know it’s the same cut but it was obvious that it was a prime rib that they threw on the grill and over cooked. It was well done. Then they just took it off no nothing. So I went out to eat a plate of lettuce and half a slice of bread. This place has not been the same
since The Pub took over and based on how Library is being run i do not plan on over going to The Pub. Gone are the days of knowledgeable staff. RIP Library 2 you used to be good.

Do NOT go here if you have food allergies. I asked for something incredibly simple for my son, who is allergic to milk — a filet with a side of sautéed mushrooms and onions cooked without butter. You would think this is a basic request. Instead, I was told they cook “one batch” of mushrooms and onions for the entire night and that they all contain butter. When I asked if they could just use a separate pan, they flat-out refused. Even the manager doubled down and claimed the kitchen “couldn’t” accommodate it.

This is absolutely ridiculous in 2025, especially for a restaurant charging these prices. Their unwillingness to handle a common food allergy is incredibly disappointing. Go down the street to Flemings or Chop House, as they are more than accommodating, have a better atmosphere and superior staff!
Edited to add that this was a Monday night and we were one of three tables in the place.

My son and I experienced treatment that can only be described as discriminatory. From the moment we entered, it was evident that we were being treated differently because we are Black. Although the restaurant was nearly empty, we were seated in the very back next to a busy service door. When we requested to be moved, the staff hesitated without justification, which was unacceptable and immediately concerning.

The service continued to reflect the same lack of regard. We were handed off between three different servers, the last of whom stated he had only been employed for three days and was clearly unprepared. He lacked basic menu knowledge, failed to check on us, and repeatedly walked past our table without acknowledgment. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food with no updates, and our table wasn’t even properly set—only one glass for a party of two.

When the meal finally arrived, the food itself was subpar. It was bland, and the steak was charred beyond enjoyment.

Overall, the combination of poor service, inadequate training, and the discriminatory undertones in how we were treated made this an unacceptable dining experience. I cannot recommend this establishment and will not return.

Steaks were significantly undercooked and tough, we ordered medium. The lobster bisque was cold, salad bar was decent. Showed the server the steaks, who apologized but didn't seem to care or rectify. Service overall was lackluster.

Avoid this place at all costs. Run by a bunch of teenagers, clearly you can tell by some of the comments they reply with. The red haired girl there had the biggest attitude, and portrayed the menu incorrectly, then got mad when I questioned her. The manager is no different, wouldn’t come back to this place ever again. The customer service alone was the absolute worst. Someone higher up needs to step in and handle this before they run your business into the ground.

Make sure you pay close attention to your checks. We had a big family and the girl waitress Andrea with the red hair marked all of our food up, told us we had stuff included and found out she charged us a lot more. And gratuity was included, so she got her tip of $100!!!! Ashame because the food was really good. And the establishment(manager) did NOT handle it appropriately. We have people in high places, so we will be going down the grape vine and letting everyone know not to go here.

Haven't been here for a while. they jacked up their food prices and the food quality went down.. Steak was unseasoned and baked potatoes undercook .. 4 shrimp cocktail 20 dollars . the drinks were almost 20 dollars each but very tasty Won't be comming back

Very disappointing! Customers around us commented even to bartenders how empty it was for a weekend inside at both bar & dining. We agree. Overpriced & underwhelmed!

I've been to the Library II dozens of times and last night might have been my last. After our meal I decided to order some Homemade chocolate mousse to take home. It was brought out in a bag and I didn't see it until I got home and I was completely shocked when I got home. First thing I noticed was that is was all wet and runny, more like soup than mousse, secondly it was in a big container but they only gave me a few spoonfuls for $12 dollar dessert. I am a dessert person and will spend money on my sweets, but this amount was pathetic! And lastly, I had never had it before but it had lots of little chocolate specks, almost as if it wasn't cooked or throughly stirred! I had to put it in the freezer to chill it and once I did that it was more like a chocolate mousse and did taste good but the amount that was given, again was just pathetic! I think I'll continue going to my favorite steak restaurant down the street.

Got the seafood broiled combo. For 49.99 you would think you would get good food. Surprised to get 2 FAKE mini scallops. They weren’t even baby they were smaller and 2 shrimp. Best part was the ceasor salad bowl was empty. By the time the filled it our food was there. 300 for 2 people and they give imitation seafood is a joke. This place has went down hill and not coming back…..the fact that the replied and called me a liar and make a smart comment shows this place is a joke. Check out the scallops on that horrible seafood dish and then let’s see if I’m still a “liar” wow. Don’t go here - as they said, Red Lobster is 100% better !

This place was incredible from start to finish! Our server Kayla was absolutely amazing! What really stood out was how the whole team worked together. Even other servers, like Cody, stopped by to check in and make sure our food was perfect. You don’t see that kind of service everywhere, and it really made the night special.

The food? Out of this world. The French onion soup was rich and cheesy, the spinach artichoke dip was creamy and delicious, and the crab cocktail was super fresh. Then came the steaks… wow. The tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, and the filet mignon was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every single dish was spot on, and our drinks were just as great.

Honestly, everything about this visit blew us away. Amazing food, top-notch service, and a great atmosphere!!

Food is amazing. Definitely a place my wife and I go to to splurge on ourself. The salad bar is great too. Haven't been there for their happy hour but have been told its a really good happy hour.
