Library PLEASE dry your lettuce on the salad bar! Why can't you dry it like they do at the PUB? Dressing is watery and bread is often stale BUT when it's good its awesome. The salad bar would be a 10 if you would just dry your lettuce! Chicken on a stick can be so good but the food here is never consistent. My wife got the fries with her filet medallions and the fries were over salted. My steak, ribeye, was cooked perfectly but just under seasoned. The au jus that came with my steak helped.
