Those is by far the best Otts. Very good atmosphere where you are inside at the bar or on the back porch or out on the deck or even by the firepit.

Have to edit my review. After 10 years of amazing burgers and beer every week they changed the amazing fresh baked buns to some dry pre packaged roll from Aldis. 0/10 on the burgers now guys. I’ll give you another try in a month. That may be my last visit.

Bouncer
I’ve never felt more unwelcome at a venue. The bouncer at the door was not only rude but also unnecessarily aggressive in his tone and actions. I understand there are rules but his delivery was like a man on a power trip. Management should reconsider him as an employee. The other staff were polite and good at their jobs. The bearded bouncer is a poor representation of this establishment.

Service was simply awful. Sat there for 12 minutes (literally) after we were seated and no one even approached the table. Won't be returning!!
