If your sandwich included anywhere near as much avocado as shown in the menu photo, I'd be very happy. However, when you serve me a single piece of avo on that sandwich, now I'm ticked off ($$) and very disappointed (š§).

An average place in the neighborhood to go with kids and family in general for meals or even just to get quick snacks or something. Staff are not very friendly, but the atmosphere and customers having meals are often cool and friendly.
I once had my meal severely delayed and later to be found the package leaking in a corner because of one super unprofessional staff. If itād not be for their soups, I will never go to the store again.

Dirty! The booth walls are disgusting as are the tea/lemonade tanks. This location needs to seriously clean up.
Disappointing experience with orders I tried giving this Panera Bread another chance, but they continue to mess up my orders. Either items are missing, incorrect, or the food is inedible! Bread is either too hard or completely soggy. With how expensive things are, itās frustrating to keep receiving ruined meals. Iāll be taking my business to another location from now on.

I frequently order from this location and the new manager and service are excellent. Weāve had some trouble with DoorDash (please bring back your own delivery) which has been my only issue, and theyāve done everything to help when thereās a problem. They call me when something is out of stock and everything arrives nicely packed and sealed. If something is off, theyāll correct it without hesitation if you call them. Delivery problems are from the DoorDash service, not from Panera; I hope they bring back their own drivers. I recommend ordering from Uber Eats rather than the Panera app or website; that way you can contact the driver if somethingās missing. I would also recommend they put the drinks on the shelf right with the rest of the order, because drivers and even myself, have missed the drink! I would give 5 starts if not for the DoorDash service and the missed drinks at pickup.

I placed an online order for my sip club beverage on 1/20 and received a notification that it was ready at 4:38p. My husband got there and no beverage in sight. He waited and tried to get an employeesā attention on multiple occasions but no one cared to assist him. Finally almost 15 minutes later someone gave him a ācupā. Mind you, I ordered for pickup. I called the store twice to get someoneās attention myself and no one picked up.

Tay was absolutely amazing! I was having a bad day, She made me laugh which was much needed. Tay was very helpful in making a selection as I was shopping for someone else. Panerai needs more tram members like Tay - professional, knowledgeable, and extremely outgoing/nice! She greeted me with a smile, processed my order and had my items within 3 minutes!
