Disappointing experience with orders I tried giving this Panera Bread another chance, but they continue to mess up my orders. Either items are missing, incorrect, or the food is inedible! Bread is either too hard or completely soggy. With how expensive things are, it’s frustrating to keep receiving ruined meals. I’ll be taking my business to another location from now on.

I frequently order from this location and the new manager and service are excellent. We’ve had some trouble with DoorDash (please bring back your own delivery) which has been my only issue, and they’ve done everything to help when there’s a problem. They call me when something is out of stock and everything arrives nicely packed and sealed. If something is off, they’ll correct it without hesitation if you call them. Delivery problems are from the DoorDash service, not from Panera; I hope they bring back their own drivers. I recommend ordering from Uber Eats rather than the Panera app or website; that way you can contact the driver if something’s missing. I would also recommend they put the drinks on the shelf right with the rest of the order, because drivers and even myself, have missed the drink! I would give 5 starts if not for the DoorDash service and the missed drinks at pickup.

I placed an online order for my sip club beverage on 1/20 and received a notification that it was ready at 4:38p. My husband got there and no beverage in sight. He waited and tried to get an employees’ attention on multiple occasions but no one cared to assist him. Finally almost 15 minutes later someone gave him a “cup”. Mind you, I ordered for pickup. I called the store twice to get someone’s attention myself and no one picked up.

Tay was absolutely amazing! I was having a bad day, She made me laugh which was much needed. Tay was very helpful in making a selection as I was shopping for someone else. Panerai needs more tram members like Tay - professional, knowledgeable, and extremely outgoing/nice! She greeted me with a smile, processed my order and had my items within 3 minutes!

Voorhees Panera is an outstanding dining experience!! Excellent food quality that consistently impresses- my food is always selected with the freshest ingredients- every piece of salad is always crisp, green and delightful. The bread… soft, warm and rich with a buttery flavor that melts in your mouth. The menu is diverse, and I love sampling the new items. The customer service is warm and welcoming, with staff going out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The managers Matt, Ken and Dan are highly responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and maintaining a smoothly run establishment. The cozy atmosphere, comfy seating and intimate Panera ambience makes it the perfect spot for a weekend meal, or a delicious lunch break during the work week. Of all the Panera’s in the area, I really only go to Voorhees. It’s the best one!

I have been coming every Sunday since pandemic- I am teacher so I do my lesson plans here .Also atmosphere with all the managers is out standing ! It's like cheers everyone knows your name Many of us are regulars and look forward to coffee abd chat time ! And I live around the corner so it's perfect place to slow down . Love my Voorhees Panera
