I have been to this store on several occasions.
Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market.
I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay".
I answered, "That's why I came in"
You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials.

I'm an Uber Eats driver and I had to pick up an order from here recently. When I got inside, the guy working there said "what can I get you SIR?" As a trans female, I of course hate being called "sir," and I politely asked him not to. He had the unbelievable audacity to look squarely at me and say "I'm gonna call you sir." Frankly, I don't care how anti-trans you are, you simply CANNOT speak to customers like that.
