Philly Pretzel Factory

So im not sure if its the manager or a regular employee but this person has been insanely rude every time ive come in, really needs an attitude adjustment. I let it slide before as I understand we all have our bad days but the last thing I need is this passive aggressive attitude when I've only been polite. Just a really bad atmosphere so I guess ill just go to wawa if I want a soft pretzel from now on🤷‍♂️

Pretzel/ Hotdog tray was a hit!! Would def recommend for large parties

First I would like to say this voorhees location is by far my favorite. They are very professional and personable. The establishment is always clean and the employees are welcoming especially Kara. Now that they have added the delicious year round ice cream it's even better. I recommend this location above all others and my days of overpriced Rita's is over.

The customer service here is always amazing. They’re so friendly, funny, and welcoming. The staff makes silly jokes with each other which makes the place feel inviting. I’m going to make it a point that when I visit to go during the middle of the week on weds mornings because the staff is just awesome. Today was dollar dog day and I ordered for a small get together I was having with the family. The girl at the counter took my order, gave me a time frame & had my order done earlier than they said; a manager even gave me a BOGO Sunday coupon. The food is always cooked well, their orders are packed nicely, I have zero complaints.
My wieners give them an A+

Always stop at this Pretzel Factory...No More! Stopped today and got pretzels that were hard as rocks when I got home. Must have been from weekend!! If I hadn't come from cancer treatment I would have driven back but was tired. I buy trays from there never had problem till yesterday! Horrible, absolutely horrible! Shame on that employee for selling that to a customer!!

Stop in for a tray the other day couldn't believe how fresh it was. it was the hit of the party

There were a lot of of orders and people but everything seemed to run smoothly. Friendly staff and great pretzels. Will patronize again!
