I fell in love with this place the very first time I came which was on accident I was captivated by how amazing it smelled. Service is always quick and easy and the food is of the highest quality every single time. I will rave about this place to anyone who will listen !!

We order here usually for takeout but sometimes dine in. Always delicious, portions are good, and pricing is fair.

Up until now, I have never had an issue with this place. Unfortunately, prices have gone up while portion sizes have gone down, which was already disappointing.
This will be my last time ordering from here. When I asked for extra hoisin sauce to go with an order of 4 pho soups, I was told it would cost an additional $1 per oz. I questioned this since the menu only lists an extra $1 charge for sriracha, not hoisin. I was then told that hoisin is only free for customers who dine in.
The same hoisin sauce is freely available on every table inside the restaurant. When I asked why, I was told it is meant to encourage people to eat in.
The problem is that the restaurant has very poor lighting and no real ambiance. I went during daylight hours and it was still dark inside. It is not an inviting place to sit, so penalizing takeout customers for that reason feels unfair.
Raising prices, reducing portions, and charging extra for basic condiments creates a disappointing experience for longtime customers= so I won’t be returning. I spent $85 on this and the least you can do is give enough condiments.

Not a great meal but not bad either if you don't want to cook or need a quick and decent meal. A bit watered down or missing something which makes their dishes a little less tasty in my opinion than similar restaurants.
What a hidden gem

My boyfriend and I have been getting pho from here for many years now. We usually get the house special and the pho with chopped filet mignon. The broth is incredibly rich and delicious. Have tried other pho places in the area but the other places’ broth just can’t measure up. We also get pho from here whenever we aren’t feeling well and it’s super comforting to have. Usually pick it up to go and they’ll separate the broth from everything else to keep things from getting soggy. We’ll just heat up the broth and mix everything back in when we get home. Super delicious!! Must try!

Ordered Bun Bo Hue, it looked like Bun Bo Hue, but tasted nothing like it. The broth is very star anise heavy, which is a signature of a Pho broth. If you ever had Bun Bo Hue before, it is rich and umami, and does not have a heavy star anise broth at all. The cut of meat is not that of beef heel muscle, this belongs to a Pho bowl instead — they were dry and chewy. I am saying this as a Vietnamese. It is NOT authentic at all.
We have ordered other things as well such fried dumplings and beef pad Thai, to which they were ok.
Food wise 1/5, service 5/5, atmosphere N/A
However, they had the food ready by the time we arrived (we ordered online).

Do not get rice noodles. They are basically dough and not noodles. My photo shows I had to rip each slice of noodle which wasn’t even cooked. It’s all white with no sauce. There were 4-5 pieces combined into one and then cooked. I asked waiter and all he said was that was the chef. ??? Just don’t order fried rice noodles.
Also the beef in soup (pho soup) was kind of tough. I had to spit 2 out because I couldn’t chew. And I’m in my 20s.
If I can give this place a 0, I would. This was my first time and last time ordering from this terrible place. I order beef noodles online and I got something totally different. Never again
