Great every single time

1 large and 1 small $12.56. The cups were barely halfway full. Am I being punk’ed? Waiting for them to call me and tell me to pick up the rest of my ice cream. This is a little shameful. Won’t be back there

My wife and I love this location staff is always friendly and usually no long wait times.

$7.87 for a small vanilla cone! I was ripped off at the drive through! Will never go back there

We don't go out often. If we do, we go here with the family. We are normally pleased with our orders. Most recent trip with the 2 young ladies who don't know how to make gelati was pretty bad. They gave me a huge helping of water ice with a small dollop on top. A gelati has more than 1 layer..... paying for a gelati but getting a water ice..

Nothing wrong with the food or service. But they need a system for people lining up at the window. People will blatantly walk up and cut in front of an entire line of people who were waiting and they get served as if nothing is wrong. Edit: To be very clear, this was not a pickup order. This person walked to the front of the line and started ordering multiple individual things. And they knew exactly what they were doing so I wasn’t about to argue with the kind of person who would do that. Another problem is that since it’s not clear where people are supposed to line up, when there are two windows open and clearly one line, people will just walk up to one of the windows as if it just happens to have no line. If there were some clearly designated place for people to line up and cashiers consciously took orders from the next person in line, it wouldn’t be so frustrating to go here, because it feels like something like this happens almost every time.

Depending on the time of day, place can get very busy. This one is nice bc they do have a drive thru which many Rita's do not! Only downside is the wait can get LONG bc the kids that work there so their best, they are slow. They also have a little sitting area if you just want to sit and enjoy your cool sweets outside.

When I went, it was slow, but the location can get very busy. It has a drive-through if you don't want to get out of the car. Parking is a little sparse, but it is essentially an ice cream stand. If you don't mind what you get or just like surprises. They have mystery bag that are really affordable as well as a good deal. Today, it's very hard to find anything affordable that you actually want or need.

It was pretty windy so I had to wait in the car for my milkshake but in total it was pretty good

Went here for a celebratory treat yesterday evening around 6pm. it was a very low volume day and as somebody who formerly worked at various rita’s locations in 2021-2023 i was VERY shocked by the attitude i was given by the young lady in the drive thru. I’m aware that my vehicle smelled like smoke, but that is no reason to give paying customers dirty looks and an attitude. it really felt like we were treated poorly for being hispanic and having a car that smelled like smoke. She was extremely short and rude with us and acted like i was gross for getting 2 toppings on my small campfire marshmallow custard. I didn’t look at her name tag but it was a young lady in a blue shirt. This is not the only time i have felt personally discriminated by the employees at this location and i will NEVER be coming back and will be sure to tell everyone i know not to go to this location either. SHAME ON YOU!!

This is a great place to stop by for a treat. All of the employees are kind, and the menu items are delicious. Definitely come here if you're in the area, and you have to try their gelati!

It is very obvious that the young ladies working here are highly RACIST!! I live in voorhees and have for my entire life. I was was literally born here, and I choose to travel to the Rita’s in Clementon just to avoid this location & go where I am valued as a customer and not made a mockery of due to my race! So sad to still be treated this way in 2024 ?

The staff were professional and pleasant. They were knowledgeable how about the products and were able to get what I wanted.
The location was clean.
The line moved faster than I expected.
