My wife and I go here every so often. It's in a great location and the employees are friendly but the prices are high unfortunately.

Prices went up AGAIN and the employees don’t even know why…
As of 6/24, Starbucks has decided to charge an additional .80 cents for each and any flavor syrup added to a drink, which is outrageous considering their prices were already extreme. A Venti cold brew with an added syrup is now $7.

Very convenient and one of the overall friendliest Starbucks locations around with a huge plus being across the street from the best regional hospital while waiting for a family member!

The Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap didn't taste the same as it does at other locations, something was missing. And the wait time for a single drink was about 5+ minutes. But that's to be expected with a drive thru, walkin, and mobile orders being processed all at once.

If you don’t go through the drive though or order online don’t expect service. I didn’t get a “good morning” or a “we’ll be with you in a few”. Employees avoided eye contact and didn’t acknowledge I was standing at the register with my daughter. I left after 5 minutes. They’re too busy for walk-in service.

Girl with star pimple stickers on her face gave me the wrong drink, didnt seem to understand what we were telling her. After telling her 2 times im waiting on food, she put the wrong food in the oven and left leaving it for her coworkers to deal with. Took about 15 minutes to even get the drink that was wrongly made and another 5-10 to correct it and another 10 minutes for the food. She barely acknowledged anybody. Knocked cups onto the floor, stared at them and walked away as her other coworker was taking out the trash.
Older lady was very nice though (im assuming she was the manager), she gave me a free next drink order on us card for the long wait.

I love my starbucks, but this one's customer service past two times left me really not wanting to come back to this on in particular.
First, i think they were short handed, but at leaat acknowledge the people waiting in the line fkr 10+ minutea.
Then a guy ask me, "what do you want", and i replied, "im sorry", which lead him to repeating," oh, let me say that again, what do want". I just left, i was just done st that point.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks. Upon arrival, no one greeted us, and we had to wait about five minutes before anyone took our order because the staff was preoccupied with taking out the trash rather than attending to customers. The woman who took our order seemed to struggle with understanding it, and the other staff members were unkind and impatient with her, which was uncomfortable to witness. We ended up waiting 25 minutes for a Pink Drink and a Latte. When the food arrived, I inquired about the drinks and was curtly told, “I have other drinks I need to worry about.” After waiting another ten minutes, the drinks were finally brought out but made incorrectly. When I pointed this out, the worker rolled her eyes, remade the drink, and slammed it down on the counter. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking, with trash and flies evident. While I understand that cafes can get busy, this was an exceptionally poor experience and did not meet the standards I expect from Starbucks.

It’s a Starbucks experience, what else can one say? Funny , got scolded for reaching around and grabbing a sugar without asking! Glad they didn’t have a ruler to smack my hand away like in grade school (Ask your parents or maybe grandparents if you don’t get that)
