We started going to Sweet Eats a few years ago and have bought/ordered every birthday cake and special occasion cake from them since. Everything we’ve tried from them has been delicious.
However, today we picked up a birthday cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday and were extremely disappointed. Their service is terrible. Ordered a cake and cupcakes 3 weeks ago for a pick up. Still had to wait 40 mins in line for a pick up. Get a better system for online/phone orders. It’s ridiculous to place an order and every time you have to wait 30-40 mins in line with everyone else. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I’m thinking it’s the last time!
