The location is listed as opening at 6:00 AM, but staff didn’t open until after 6:10 AM. I was told ‘the machine was down’ and that is not the first time I heard that from ..I guess they open whenever they feel like it. This has happened more than once. It’s unprofessional and frustrating for paying customers. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Burger King location (41 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, NJ.. They always seem to have an attitude, and honestly, they come off sneaky and dishonest. It takes forever to get your food, and when you finally do, they either forget items or the order is wrong. This has been going on too long. Something needs to change.. this is bad customer service and completely unprofessional. I specifically told them it’s 6 AM. A lot of attitude from the weekend staff. Honestly I don't care if you are rude to me but just get my order correct. I ask for no Mayo every single time and it has mayo every single time.

They literally don’t talk to you at the window (not even a hello, thank you, have a good one) and there’s a lady in there with a mean face on all of the time. They never put sauce either. Horrible.

Ordered 2 Croissant breakfast sandwiches; 1- sausage & egg & 1-cheese & egg. When I got to work, they were both cheese & egg 😫 I can't eat cheese & my coworker doesn't eat sausage. Called back, no answer!!

The food is as expected it's burger King. I also hate to rate them so as I frequent here sometimes. The staff always seemed scattered and overwhelmed even if there's only one person in line. Today I only ordered two items and a drink only to get home and see I'm missing one of my items I paid for. Not worth going back to complain but this is not the first time, so I have to leave a review.

Unacceptable slow at the drive through for "fast food"... you pull up and they tell you to "wait one second." That turns into minutes. You tell them you ordered on the app. They make you wait minutes again. They need to get their act together

I hate to rate them so low but I have been there multiple times and Tim is usually there he is such a great guy works his but off but when he isn't there. It's complete anarchy. I ordered 3 bacon cheese burgers ypu would think pretty simple order right. They ask me what drink I want I tell them it doesn't come with a drink they tell me it does so I assume there is some kind of special... ok I'll take a diet coke. I pull up pay use my app the manager proceded to tell me I need a code they don't scan. I tell him yes they do now he is pissed because he doesn't know how to do his job he finally does it. I get my order it's for a meal I didn't order a meal I didn't want fries a coke and nuggets. Drive back around he proceeds to argue with me. When I reminded him that I told him it didn't come with a drink he told me he remembers me I always have an issue mind you I have never seen this man in my life or even complained to anyone at burger king. He was an ego driven guy anytime I go there tim is there I order my daughter a kids meal that's it. This other manager is going to hide his mistake by acting like he has seen me. I'll be calling tim to complain but this was just ridiculous
Do not go here in the afternoon from 12p on as the guy working has no clue how to read the order, he just pops the order in like a robot.
You’re actually better off going to another Burger King all together or try late at night
