I use their drive thru most of the time, but the staff is always friendly and efficient whether I order inside or drive thru.

I mean, it's fast food. Food is usually decent, but, for a long period of time it was hit or miss if they would even get my order right. About 50% of the time there would be be some kind of issue with my order. Been a bit better recently, but again, it's fast food so some of that is kind of expected.

July 2023 got the $3 Whopper for Wednesday here today with fries. Whopper was okay but not great, I blame it on the meat.Fries were fresh, of course I got no salt. ? For extra ketchup and mayonnaise and they were more than happy to oblige, so customer service was great.The inside of this Burger King looks like it was recently remodeled including the bathrooms which look spotless!I got here just a little bit before lunch and there's plenty of parking, business really picked up around noon.#burgerking #fastfood #whopperwednesdayVegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is available.

just bought two breakfast sandwich meal and two ice coffee , when i got into work all I got in, the bag was hash brown ,No sandwich :( . what a waste of $18

MARIZEL the “manager” then she told me she was not the manager when I asked for one. I went to use my Crown points and she rang it up wrong. My points got taken away and I never got the item. When I asked her about it she said I don’t know about that system. I said ok I explained to her that when I made my order my points get taken away she said I don’t know anything about that. I asked for a manger she said she was the manager so I asked so what do we do about my points she said I don’t know anything about that and that she actually is not the manager the guy is off today…. This is someone who didn’t apologize or care she made a mistake. She shouldn’t be a manager especially if she doesn’t understand customer service or how her company works…

Freezing cold disgusting burger so bad I have never ever gone to another burger king since. I am a fast food nut and I don't expect a gourmet meal, but this is just the worst fast food joint ever. Prison food.

I think this place deserve a negative 1 star. It is beyond horrible. I stopped in at 7:30 in the morning hoping to get a quick bite for breakfast. I walked in and saw one person was supposed to be a worker there. But she ignored me and tried to put something away. 5 minutes passed. A car arrived at drive through. She tended to the drive through order first. I thought about walking out at that point, but tried not to be rude. After another 5 minutes, finally she paid attention to me. I saw the kitchen was not ready to be in business. So, I ordered something small, a breakfast burrito, Jr. $1.80. But when I finally got back to my car and ate what I bought. The burrito was half cold. It tasted funny, like a sour taste. I couldn't tell if it was spoiled or not. I really didn't want to take any chance. I ended up discarding the whole thing. I just considered myself bad luck to try this place. I drive by this restaurant every day on my way to work. Now it is only a building to me!
This place by far as the worst customer service I have ever seen they were so rude to me. I don’t know how these people are still in business with the staff treating customers the way they do. I was yelled at trying to place my order and when I got the window they left my food on the window and walked away. After a few minutes they came back and was rushed through with dirty looks and a wrong drink order. Will never go back again. Such a nice town and this is an embarrassment to the people living in it.

The drive thru is awful - the person handing me the food purposely dropped, it fell she proceeded to laugh did not even open the window to say sorry or anything. This is not the first time it has happened the same girl right now short changed me the other day I thought that. But today it was done on purpose. I called three times and I was hung up all three times so I went into Burger King spoke to the manager. She was just as rude. I explained I worked at Burger King many years ago. This is not the way to treat customers as I was leaving the girl from the window proceeded to continue to laugh horrible.. And my cheeseburger, which is the only thing I got was cold

I was at this Burger King location in Waldwick the costumer service is the most unprofessional employee is black guy over there he is so ignorant what’s is costumer service I think he was high or on drugs I can believe BK hire people talking that way to a costumer who are paying his salary he get food and his table because costumersI hope manager get on thisParking: The black guy he was working is in a complete idiot I can believe bk hire people like that

By far the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The young kid at the drive through basically through my food at me and had an attitude. They rushed me while ordering (no cars behind me). What is their problem? Terrible service. Taking my business elsewhere.
