Went here Tuesday to order two coffees for a coworker and myself during my lunch break, only for the manager to call me overweight and tell me I shouldn’t be drinking coffee. I replied saying that’s messed up, he insisted saying he’s a doctor in his country and knows I’m overweight. I requested my money back and walked out and reached out to corporate. Today I get a call and texting from Rasel Alam the actual store manager apologizing for that man’s behavior and to come in during his hours for some coffee. I went during my lunch today because I was grateful for the apology, only to be made even more uncomfortable than the first time. This man proceeded to look at my body up and down in judgment as if he was checking to see if I was overweight. I placed my order for two coffees and 5 munchkins, he charged me then said to “please forget what happened”. Unacceptable behavior. I am hurt and offended by both men. This is not okay. No one should ever be treated like this! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! 29 E Prospect St, Waldwick, NJ 07463

I actually had a somewhat unpleasant experience at this location but the store manager quickly investigated what went wrong and then he sincerely apologized for that. I felt they really tried to fix the issue, which was a miscommunication.

What an experience I had this morning at the Waldwick location... I'm telling when bitter people get the opportunity.... I had placed a mobile order but by accident entered the wrong store location. I asked the store manager if they could still make me the drink since it was paid for. As quoted by the manager "No, drive back to Ramsey." I work in Waldwick....I ordered a new drink and he kept bothering me to make sure to enter the correct address but I didn't engage with him because he was looking for an argument, which I wasn't about to give to him. The female worker wasn't helpful either since I'm Hispanic-American and sees me as an "entitled" brat, she was more concerned with "teaching me a lesson". It's really a waste of time and energy to get mad over people's response in these situations. There's a lot of bitterness out there and just pray that one day God deals with them (in a good way). I just ordered a new drink and went to the job that I love so much. Sometimes, instead of engaging with bitterness, you got to see bitterness for what it is and take mercy on people. I contacted Dunkin' and they refunded the money...simple as that...

Two days in a row drink order has been ruined. I ordered via the app and my bf picks it up for me but if i were to pick it up myself i would of made them remake my drink. You can tell by the color of the coffee what your drink its going to taste like. This has insane amount more milk than coffee. What is this. If yall dont want to work then shut down. Si la bagas no quieren trabajar pues no trabaje y vete a otro lado… ya no compro mas.
