Limoncello is a popular Italian restaurant known for its delicious food and friendly staff. The chicken Milanese and pastas are highly recommended, as well as the Pistachio crusted salmon and tuna. Despite occasional wait times, the prix fixe dinner is a great value, with complimentary artichoke franchese and sambuca. The restaurant was filled to capacity and lively with groups of people. Guests enjoyed a dozen clams on the half shell, complimentary fresh hot crusty bread, a slice of bread drizzled with olive oil, and beautiful leafy green salads before the meal. Specials of the evening included short ribs with risotto and branzino served with potatoes and spinach. The meal concluded with limoncello cake. The veal saltimbocca was delicious, the amaretto cake incredibly fine, and the presentation of limoncello sorbet gave a delicious treat a whimsical element. Limoncello offers excellent authentic food at great prices, making it a small, intimate, and beautiful restaurant with plenty of ambiance.
