I've used Mimi's Cookies as favors for several occasions: a wedding, bridal and baby showers and parties. She is extraordinarily creative and her cookies are works of art, not to mention delicious. Mimi's is easy to work with and you will be thrilled with the results!

I contacted her for minnie mouse cookies for my daughter's birthday party. I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm and attempt to pay. Her response time is Extremely slow. She finally confirms the order officially and says she will send invoice in a few days. Well she never does. I wait and wait giving her time assuming she's busy. Finally I reach out saying I still need the invoice. She read the message and never responded. Guess she changed her mind. I waited around giving her the benefit of a doubt and ended up in a time crunch. I will now have a hard time finding someone so last minute to make them.She also blocks negative reviews from her Facebook so that should tell you something about her business.Horrible customer service.

Best specialty bakery I have ever seen! I've ordered for special occasions twice from Mimi's and her team's level of detail, diligence and work product is incredible. Everyone who has seen the cookies she's made for me is in awe. It is worth the drive even if you are not directly in Waldwick!

Such a disappointment. I reached out weeks prior to my sons birthday and they confirmed that they could make the 2 dozen cookies but after that it was radio silence. I reached out by email several times as well as email and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to discuss the cookie order. I had no idea what they would look like, or what cookies I would even be receiving. Finally the owner got back to me and sent me an invoice with no explanation or details. I called after receiving the invoice to ask a few questions, and to no surprise I got no response. A few hours later I got an email saying my invoice had been cancelled because I didn’t pay it. Unbelievable and so unprofessional to cancel a cookie order for 2 dozen cookies 3 days before my toddler’s birthday party because I didn’t immediately pay the invoice after receiving after weeks of unanswered calls and emails. When I picked up the cookie order, one of the cookies was broken and I emailed to let her know and shocker - no answer. One of my sons friend couldn’t have a cookie at his place setting because of this. I wish I had gotten local recommendations first because everyone I’ve spoken to has said they unfortunately have also had awful experiences with Mimi cookies and the owner. Such a shame because she does nice work, but not worth the unprofessionalism.
