I’ve been coming to this place for years and I must say it’s changed. I used to eat here once a week. It used to be the best sushi spot in the area but the quality of sushi has gone downhill. The water used to be served with ice and a lemon by a sweet Japanese woman. Now the water is luke warm and the cup is for children. The size of the fish pieces in the sushi is next to nothing for the price you are paying. The prices are crazy. The hand roll order at the end of your meal is now nonexistent. The original staff was warm and friendly. The staff barely acknowledge your existence walking into this establishment. Honestly I’ve started going to a place in Hackensack or Masa in Allendale.

Went there with my girlfriend this Saturday in the evening. There was a big table in the back and it seemed to be pretty busy because servers kept taking phone call orders and serving table. At some point one of the chefs started cursing at other workers for something in Korean. It was really unpleasant to see that because I feel like they already had job to do. We left without ordering the food because the atmosphere was kinda oppressive.

I have been there a few times. Today we ordered takeout. We had a regular sashimi platter, an avocado and salmon salad and an avocado and tuna salad. Everything was so delicious. The sashimi was so fresh. We can’t wait to order again! I highly recommend.

Lived in the area for a couple years and this was my first time visiting this place. Absolutely loved it. Service was excellent but the show stopper is the food. I ordered Spicy Salmon Rolls and they were, for the first time, actually spicy. Everything tasted fresh and portion sizes were above average. Price was average for sushi in the area but I’m not complaining. Will be back for sure

Had lunch menu range from 13 to 15dlrsComes w soup, and a box w a California roll,salad w dressing veggies edanamme and you meal. I had the shrimp tempura 3 large shrimp for 13 dlrs w above worth evey penny. I'll be back
