Great place - big bar, clean, great food. Had a Buffalo chicken wrap. Was amazing. Great addition to neighborhood.

They have food. It was edible. If you're looking for a place with a bunch of big TV screens and a bar, they have that too. Meals were unimpressive, but the service was excellent though.Parking: The restaurant shares a building with a medical center so they share parking but it's not clearly marked that restaurant parking is allowed.Kid-friendliness: UGH. Yeah, it's kid friendly, but it's not the atmosphere for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or obstacles from the parking lot to indoors.

Menu is limited now and the quality of the food has dropped. Specialty drinks are amazing. Super nice staff and was beautifully decorated for the holidays - felt cozy and lifted spirits. Compared to previous iterations, it was disappointing, though.

We just discovered this place recently, although it’s right down the road. The food is so good…certainly much better than my expectation…and that’s just because I assumed it would be just kind of good enough bar food. So much better than that. Love the calamari, the mussels, the French dip and the cheesesteak. Really delicious.

It's hard opening a new restaurant in the same location and attempting the nostalgia that was there for so many years. Food was decent, but not as expensive as the old establishment.

Fish and chips: small pieces of fish and over gooked in a lot of batter.

The food was just ok. The place is extremely noisy. They don’t take reservations so when we arrived we were told thirty minutes. After standing there for a few minutes I noticed that there were several empty tables. I asked the hostess what was going on and received a very sharp answer. “ I told you thirty minutes “. I then walked into the dining room, and again, several empty tables. Went back to the hostess and asked again what the holdup was. Sharply replied “We are cleaning the tables “. Probably will not be a next time. Too many other GOOD restaurants in the area. Ones that the hostess doesn’t snap at you when you ask a question.

Not a fun dining experience at the new W Village Grille for sure ! We thought it was going to be nice because it is new but we were shocked how boring the food was and the place looked wrecked not renovated !our table was all scratched up and dirty . Also the entrees were like like frozen food you heat up and not fresh. ! The condiments were in cheesy plastic cups with tops like a food truck. It was nice to see some of the old staff from the former Village Grille. We had a sandwich, chicken dish and 2 glasses of 6.00 Happy Hour wine and our check was 85.00. What a waste and we are not planning to go back. I’d rather eat at a diner . The original Village Grille was so much better . Sad !

We started going to Vg recently for the atmosphere. The food is not good. The food is actually a big mess. Never consistent and temperature way off. We have tired almost every app and entrée (Only because they are five minutes from us). The owner is a nice guy but I think he needs to go back into the kitchen and do some quality checking. The waitstaff is pretty poor as well. They always have this deer in headlights look. The place is filled with seniors. Seniors don't care about quality and enjoy the low priced appetizers but it's a real turnoff. They do have live music which is great. They play right next to the table so sometimes it's really loud. Almost obnoxiously loud. But the owner just sits at the side of the bar and bops his head to the blaring sounds of the Beatles . The place is in a great location and has a huge parking lot. It would be great if a high end restaurant entrepreneur took over Village Grill.
