Great food and a fun atmosphere! The menu has something for everyone, and the service is always friendly. One of our favorite spots for a casual night out!

Sticky table, great waiter, crying child and the Shepherds pie must have been made by an Englishman as it had no gravy. The biggest goof was the dinners being served before we had finished our salad. That is restaurant protocol 101.

Food wasn’t great. Seems like frozen food put into a fryer. Service was good. Will not go back again. Don’t waste your money

Good local place with outside seating available. Went back after skipping for a few years. Much improved menu from prior ownership.

Vegetarian options: I went in for a family buffet dinner organized as a private event. They had eggplant dishes and pasta primavera as the veg options. Made well, served hot. Nothing to complain.

Wouldn’t know what the food is like. TRIED to order from them tonight. Couldn’t because NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE to take our order. That’s after searching their website for s phone # only to find it buried on the front page in microscopic type. Took our business elsewhere.

I ordered the waldwick wings from here they were good but some of the wings were over cooked and hard to the bite. I ordered an appetizer around 9pm and didn't know that the kitchen closed at 10. I was waiting for some colleagues to meet up with me at this place and was never told that their kitchen closes at 10pm and they have no food whatsoever after 10pm, a last call for food would've been nice.

Our waitress liv was fantastic. We came with our one year old son and she went above and beyond for us. Our burgers were good and it was decorated so cute for Christmas . Drinks were great too. I would be back solely because of the service we got! Thanks for the water liv!

We used to love the Village Grille! We sat at the bar on Monday 12/4 around 8:00. I ordered the Milanese salad with dressing on the side. The chicken was so over fried and dried out I could not eat it. I told the bartender and she just said oh and took my plate. I again mentioned that the chicken was dried out and completely inedible. She said the chicken is normally tossed in the dressing and since I ordered the dressing on the side, it was dry. I in turn said, umm no. It was dried out and inedible because it was over cooked. She said nothing. We wanted a second round of drinks, but she was too busy talking to the girl that brought our food to us to bother asking. She gave us the bill, and guess what!?!? We were charged for the Milanese that I could not eat. My husband ordered the Ruben. It was fair.We used to frequent the Village Grille. What has happened?I look forward to your response.Update, it is 12/14 and I am still waiting for a response from the owner.

We loved the village grill and everything that it offered. We have been to the W’s Village Grill a few times and are very unimpressed. The burgers are just burgers. Premade frozen pattys. Even if you get a special burger, it’s blah. There are not many options after that. My husband has got the cheese steak and 70% of the sandwich was bread. Safe to say we won’t be going back.

Just had the flounder stuffed with shrimp and crab topped with a red pepper aioli. DELISH! Charlie is sourcing really nice ingredients to make really good food. #

Food is always delicious. Portions are large. Patrick was our server and was very nice (and patient). Great place to eat or hang. Only downside is dining room is very noisy, nothing to absorb the noise.
