Service was horrible, I watched three customers come order and leave and my order was a simple B.E.C that I waited 15 min for. Mind you the bacon was pre-cooked and I watched the cook fry 2 eggs in less than 2 minutes.

The hours list the place opening at 5AM.
However, there have been multiple times when I arrive around 5:30AM and either the staff is just getting there or non of the bagels are ready yet. The exception is Edwin who is ALWAYS there on time and has bagels ready to go at 5AM
If the business is set to open at 5AM don't you think bagels should be ready by then? Myself, along with other customers have been turned away because the bagels just aren't there.
Certainly a way to lose business and have your customers go to Dunkin next door to get their food.
Shame, as I really do like the bagels here - just annoying for the early risers that want a yummy bagel and aren't able to buy one.

I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and asked for the bacon to be well done. They gave me undercooked, chewy, soggy bacon that made me gag and there was no cheese on my sandwich. I wanted to
Give them another shot because it is conveniently close by so I ordered from them again. Same exact order. I just figured they made a mistake the first time and things happen. But when I got my sandwich, it was the same exact problem! From the previous reviews that I have read, I am not the only one complaining about their bacon. I don’t think they know how to cook the bacon properly. Will not be coming back here!

Disappointed...I finally got to try this place and ordered a WW everything with CC and bacon. They must use already cooked bacon because it was so salty and smokey, not a fan. I love bacon and didn't think it was possible to NOT like bacon. He didn't heat the bacon enough so it was still cold. The bagel tasted like it was old and from Saturday. I also ordered a TEC on a roll and the roll was hard in spots and didn't taste fresh either.

Friendly and nice. Not a fan of the food tho. Home fries were tasteless. Bagel had way too much CC.

Why have an online ordering if pick up is 20 minutes and I get there and the ticket hasn’t even been touched. So wait an extra 20 minutes to get my sandwich. No apologies just careless. Ordered extra crispy bacon and got limp bacon.

Be aware of their pricing. I’ve been charged 3 different prices this week for a bagel with cream cheese. Today was the the most. $4.79 for a bagel with light cream cheese. Unreal.
I love the bagels here, if you don’t go early it will sell out..so go early.

They were short-staffed as someone called out. I so wanted egg salad & so did another customer or two, but couldn't get. My thought would have been to boil a couple eggs & make it. I would have rather waited & gotten what I wanted. Word of mouth tho was that the salads come from there central location. Had egg sandwich instead. Drinks are mostly self serve.
