I’ve been coming here a while and the lady who works there just gets ruder and ruder each time. She didn’t give me my daughter’s donut which I had to ask for and she gave me an attitude for. Then I saw that she made my husband an iced coffee rather than a hot coffee (which he will not drink) it was correct on the ticket so I asked her nicely to please fix it which she did with the rudest attitude. Their coffee always tastes like garbage too. I request a latte and I never get a latte the correct way like they do at other Dunkin’s. The staff (particularly this specific woman) have gotten lazy and rude. I’m not going back anymore.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I got myself a large caramel iced latte and when I gave the first sip it was bitter with no caramel swirl. So I asked the woman if she can add a little more into my cup she gave me an attitude saying it's 4 pumps now that things changed and if I needed more I should've told her in the beginning of my order. Now who in the world is suppose to know this when the store or Dunkin has to disclose this upfront, many of us don't know this. Mind you she said she was going to charge me extra for more caramel so I said that's no problem with me I'll pay you. So she added the swirl and I told her how much do I owe you she said it's nothing. Like please do better with customer service and disclose whatever changes are going around your stores.

Small dunkin shop inside convenience store, been there a few times and is always well staffed, they get your order pretty quick and right, even at 6 in the morning. A couple of small tables to eat in. A few parking spots and obviously, no drive-thru.

Came in to Dunkin’ Donuts and was immediately judged by one of their employees upon my request of what I decided to buy. I was also told by the employee that made the same comment about my decision that she did not want to cook anything for the day. Upon her response I immediately backed away in shock and grabbed the food and walked away in disgust. They didn’t even cook the food correctly as per my request. I will not be going back there if the supervisor Alejandra (some Dominican female with an attitude)! People who can’t work with people should not be working customer service.
Love this location. Stuff is always friendly and they get my order right. For some reason not all locations know how to make my coffee the way I enjoy it.

Really disappointed with this location. Used to be my go to spot for years! Stopped in yesterday to grab a decaf iced coffee and was told they don’t make it - which was shocking, as I typically always order it that way at this location. The workers stated that they don’t make it to only have two people order it. I informed them that I have a heart condition and can’t consume caffeine. No one seamed to care or offer to make decaf. Such a shame to lose a customer over something something they should be selling.
