Very bad service. The staff just skipped my order and made a coffee for the guy behind me. Only because they know each other. What a ridiculous customer service. She gave me an innocent face when I asked her where is my order. Then she made a large hot coffee with milk and give you with a cold face like “ here you go” . Btw the coffee tastes so bad. Disgusting!

Jo is amazing. She is friendly and knows my special order. Always a smile and pleasant. She has even gone out of her way to help me. Pretty rare for a young girl nowadays. Jo definitely is an asset to this Dunkin Donuts. I hope management knows how lucky they are to have her.
The workers are nice but the manager (old chunky white polish lady) is so rude and disrespectful. Been coming here almost everyday for years & I don’t even want to come anymore because of how nasty that lady is
