The signature flavor of Spanish cuisine is its mixture of sweet and savory. The bacon wrapped dates tapas and roasted pork with peach are very much the representation of such unique mixture. The taste is definitely natural to many, but one can experience the exquisite taste by slowly grind through the meat. The crispy potato tapas was a very nice delight where the outer layer was fried just right so that the inside was very soft, also hidden on the bottom of the plate was a hint of chili pepper powder which resembles Sichuan cuisine. Overall, a very nice Spanish tapas restaurant.
