I called this morning to order a tuna melt with Swiss cheese, got to the place to pick it up not ready. Waited 15 min, paid almost $13 to get my tuna melt with no melt because they did not put the cheese on it.
The food is awesome. The place is kept very very clean. The employees are so nice but please it is so hot in there the working condition is horrible. It is so hot. The air conditioners are not working. I even got on top of a chair to feel the air from the air conditioner. There is nothing hot air is coming out of there. These people look like they’re soaking in their own clothing because it’s so hot and that’s a shame because they’re very dedicated in good people. They should not have to work in those conditions.
Everything is very good there

To the gentleman that picked up the phone, I suggest you take some classes in customer service. I was making a suggestion (nicely) and you were rude and hung up on me. Never again!

If you worked in a deli place, bagel place or fast pace. Come in to inquire about work. There is a help wanted sign on the window. I suggest to walk in still and say your interested. It's for Part Time.

I always get the same thing, a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Lately they have been barely putting on any cream cheese on the bagel. You almost have to watch them and tell them to put another smear on your bagel. If I’m paying for a cream cheese bagel, I expect at least a decent amount on both sides of the bagel. I should at least see a little bit of cream cheese coming out of the edge of the bagel, but no. It’s such a shame because the bagels are so fluffy and delicious. They are the perfect consistency. A little crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside.
Sometimes you do get a day old bagel from the previous day, specifically I’ve noticed this with cinnamon raisin bagels. They think you don’t notice it when you ask for it toasted but you can definitely notice through the consistency of the bagel. The outside of the bagel is much harder and not as fluffy on the inside the next day. I love the bagels here, but they can be inconsistent with orders. It’s one of those places where you have to double check and open your order before you leave in order to be 100% satisfied.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I stopped by this morning to quickly pick up a bagel I had already ordered, but was in a rush because my bus was about to leave in two minutes. I politely asked if I could just pay and grab my order, which would’ve taken five seconds — and it did. However, instead of a simple yes or no, the staff member went on a long, unnecessary rant about how I should “check the bus schedule” before coming next time.
I understand everyone has their policies, but it felt tone-deaf and dismissive. People have things going on in their lives, and I wasn’t being rude or demanding — just in a hurry. A quick, clear response (“no”) would’ve been more professional than lecturing a customer on their time management. Not the kind of interaction you expect when picking up a quick breakfast.
LAST TIME I EVER GO HERE
