I then got in at 640 in which none of the bagels were made and they said it would take another 15 minutes for me to get my order. It was very unprofessional and astonishing that a store would advertise they are open at 630 when nothing is actually up and running at 630

I visited this business last weekend with my husband and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The environment behind the counter felt chaotic and unclean, and the staff appeared more focused on talking among themselves than assisting customers. As a result, the place was extremely crowded with long wait times for food.
I noticed only one employee a tall white young man with glasses who seemed to be actively working and attentive. Unfortunately, I was met with a passive-aggressive response rather than helpful customer service when I asked a simple question to who I assume was the manager.
Parking was extremely limited, and there were only a few tables available for seating inside, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Given the many other bagel shops in the area that offer better service and organization, I would not recommend this location.

Absolutely amazing experience! The bagels here are simply the best! Freshly made, perfectly scooped and toasted just the way I like them. My personalized bagel with fresh lox was beyond delicious. Crisp on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor.
The atmosphere is always warm and friendly, and I have to give special thanks to Tuli, who usually works on weekends. He is fantastic! Always kind, attentive, and somehow remembers everyone’s favorite order.
If you love great food and genuine hospitality, Main Bagels is a must-visit. Highly recommended! 🥯💛

I called this morning to order a tuna melt with Swiss cheese, got to the place to pick it up not ready. Waited 15 min, paid almost $13 to get my tuna melt with no melt because they did not put the cheese on it.

The food is awesome. The place is kept very very clean. The employees are so nice but please it is so hot in there the working condition is horrible. It is so hot. The air conditioners are not working. I even got on top of a chair to feel the air from the air conditioner. There is nothing hot air is coming out of there. These people look like they’re soaking in their own clothing because it’s so hot and that’s a shame because they’re very dedicated in good people. They should not have to work in those conditions.
