Come here often and always pained by the worst service.. Always enjoy the food but fascinated how terrible the service is!! On this night seated quick as always.. great. It took 14 minutes for them to come and take our drink order .. I was timing it because it was laughable! 10 minutes later the drink came along with our entree 3 minutes later while the guacamole was being made at the table. Ran out of chips and asked for more .. just didn’t happen lol. What the worst part is I actually love the food!!

Ordered Biria Tacos, it tasted very bland. The consumé tasted like straight oil & had absolutely NO cilantro or onions in it, neither did they give it on the side. I heard the chips were freshly made & salted. Definitely no salt at all and they gave no salsa. Saw a TikToker overhype this place & I was disappointed. The Horchata drinks were thick & super sweet.

They did not want to honor this promotional flyer. I went September 29th and they told me that this was a mistake. However this promotion was on their official page. The manager even was being sarcastic saying “I’ll buy you a margarita on the house if it’s big deal”. However it’s not about a free margarita it’s about me going to Wallington which is farther away from me specifically for this promotion. I believe this is unfair and FALSE ADVERTISING.

If your looking for authentic Mexican food, this is not it. Has more of a swing of traditional American taste. Food wasn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t for us (or simply what we were looking for) I probably saw one to two servers max, it got a little busy for them. They managed it pretty well, we just didn’t see our waitress much.
The unfortunate; Hair was in my beans, like a long strand of female dark hair. Idk how this wasn’t noticed by the workers sending it out. They placed it on the table and I had to point it out. They switched it out without a problem, but it just skeeved us slightly. We get it that accidents happen, just raises concern.

Our server, Valery, was great. Very friendly and attentive. The food, however, was mediocre at best. The carne asada in my tacos was dry and the rice on the side was cold and very clearly not fresh from that day. This was a Saturday night, you would think everything would be fresh since it should be a busy night, but no. The food was decent, passable, but thats it. I dont see myself ever returning to this place when there's so many options around.

This was a quaint Mexican restaurant with delicious food and very attentive and friendly service. We enjoyed the music and decor. The food was fresh, flavorful and the presentation was lovely. The drinks were also very tasty. They were not watered down and had the right balance of alcohol. Our food and drinks were served quickly. We really enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend a visit.
