Never again ! Ordered take out for delivery and they said it would be 40 to 50 minutes. After 1.25 hours I called to check on my delivery when I found out they had no driver and my food was just sitting there. They never called to inform me that the delivery was not coming but charged my card immediately !! When I arrived to pick it up…. No apology at all, they did not care! I asked for a discount but only received $5 after the guy I dealt with argued with what I could only imagine was the owner. She had no intention of making things right ! The food was absolutely horrible and tasteless . Very poor way to do business and suggest you do not bother !

Straight trash, like seriously read the reviews. I swear to you house of fortune in Neptune is undefeated and i don’t know why I ever venture out trying other places when they can not compete

had dried out tasteless bbq boneless ribs. had bland beef with mixed vegetables,had oily vegetable rolls. order took 65 minutes and was told it would be 35 minutes. food was luke warm at best. never again!!!

We’ve been going here since they opened. Food quality is on steady decline. Meat is old and dry, specifically in chicken with broccoli. I will skip this restaurant in the future.

I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce combo and it didn’t come with an eggroll. Which, is okay… but the spice on this was so intense that I couldn’t eat more that 2 bites. I spent $25 for inedible food. I’m incredibly disappointed. And I like heat but this was way too much. All on top of the missing items.

Hot Sichuan has become my go-to for Chinese takeout in the area. Can’t go wrong if you stay with the Appetizer, Sichuan Specialties and Chef’s Specialities sections of the menu. Legit Sichuan place and spicy. The people are super friendly here and service is quick.(I’m taking points off the atmosphere because it’s not a sit-down place, but it’s not relevant anyway.)

I had the roast pork with spicy garlic sauce lunch. It was very good. Service and preparation were reasonably quick. FWIW, this was during a mid-afternoon summer Sunday, and no one else in the place.I'll go back.
