Hot Sichuan has become my go-to for Chinese takeout in the area. Can’t go wrong if you stay with the Appetizer, Sichuan Specialties and Chef’s Specialities sections of the menu. Legit Sichuan place and spicy. The people are super friendly here and service is quick.(I’m taking points off the atmosphere because it’s not a sit-down place, but it’s not relevant anyway.)
I had the roast pork with spicy garlic sauce lunch. It was very good. Service and preparation were reasonably quick. FWIW, this was during a mid-afternoon summer Sunday, and no one else in the place.I'll go back.
Decided to try this spot for lunch...well...it's my new go to for Chinese. First, the Dan Dan noodles are hard to find down here at the shore. They are DELICIOUS..I thought I was in China town eating...Hunan Chicken was also a great pick. I absolutely love Pad Thai...so I took a chance and wasn't disappointed.. I love spicy food...everything I ordered had just the right touch of spicy. Can't wait to go back..I am getting my Dan Dan noodles and trying a new item....
