I have never been at a place where I had to wait more then 15 minutes on a drive thru to get my order and 15 more minutes waiting for my food and food it’s never hot and the coffee this place it’s not worth to stop by and buy anything!

Half the time they get my order wrong. They have six people working and there is still a wait. How long does it take to pour hot water in a cup and a tea bag in it?? I will be going to the Dunkin' Donuts in Forked River from now on

I go to this Dunkin on my way into work and I always need to leave my house earlier because you are sitting at the drive thru for at least 5 mins before an employee notices you. Some of the employees seem like young kids who don't have very nice hospitality manners. They aren't welcoming or apologetic after waiting so long. There are a few there that have been nice but those few rotten apples should not be in this business until they get an attitude adjustment.

The only thing is no matter what one i go to they always never give me the extra i order and pay for. I always say extra caramel and they confirm saying you want 8 pumps. I say yes and still dont get it. I had to go back inside to another one cause if im paying for something extra i should get it. I hated going inside to ask for it and the guy that was asked if he did the extra he said oh no when looking at the cup. It gets annoying after the 5 time and different ones.

Friend went this morning to get some coffees. They didn’t make them remotely close to what they were suppose to be. Waited an obnoxious amount of time too. No almond milk in the one and curdled milk in the next and didn’t notice till it was half way gone. Not the first time this Dunkin just messes up an order.

So I was affected by the forest fire in Waretown, I had to go back to work yesterday and I had a super depressing shaken espresso, which was mostly oat milk (from a different location). I did not want to be disappointed today so I ordered an extra shot of espresso. Waretown does not play around, they just made the perfect coffee and made my day, I guess they noticed what I was doing and did not play around with lack of coffee. My husband may not be happy with me bouncing off the walls soon, but worth it for this delicious and perfect coffee!!!!
