This location deserves praise for its consistency. Without fail, the staff will always give you at least one mystery item. I think the convenience of the location and the excitement of trying a new drink or food item is what keeps pulling me back in to make impossible requests to the brick wall that is employed in the drive thru. Does “caramel and oat milk” sound remotely like “caramel and coconut?” Maybe, but now my wife thinks I used Malibu rum as creamer for her morning coffee. Until next time.

Came in for a coffee and a couple of donuts. Couldn't buy donuts because there was looked to be fruit flies in the donut case. It was definitely noticable from both sides of the counter. There was nobody besides me and one car at the drive thru. What's that saying "if you have time to lean you have time to clean. PS the coffee was great and the 2 girls were very nice. Please clean it up.

We arrived and the door sign said they close at 9pm which we assume it's lobby hours, there was another sign that said 10pm which I assume it's drive thru. We ended up leaving due to not being able to go through the drive thru due to our large truck. We did see 3 associates in the building.Sorry DD, you lost 2 customers. Please update your hours ?

The service at this dunkin was incredible. I didn’t know they had pup cups and the nice lady at the window asked if my border collie pup wanted a pup cup! It came complete with a munchkin on top! My pup loved it. The staff was so friendly and all loved seeing my pup! My drink was also perfect!

I love this Dunkin. My food and drink are usually correct and they give you an average amount of bacon and avocado on the avocado toast with bacon. I have had other Dunkin's jip me before but not this one they do a good job.

Most unprofessional Dunkin I’ve ever been to had an Uber order for somebody and the cashier was too busy flirting with her boyfriend who didn’t even work there. When I was finally asked for help I explained how I was picking up an order and then was told multiple people went to pick up the order before me but they didn’t have any of the products in stock was confused to as of why they wouldn’t have just canceled the order before wasting my time, gas and miles on the car as well as a bunch of other people who did also. Had to call the customer and explain to her that they didn’t have her products and that multiple other people tried to get her order as well.
The only thing Dunkin donuts has going for it they said it's a drive-thru.

They lock the doors way earlier than closing hours so you are forced to use the drive thru. Then when you ask what kind of donuts they have to offer, they have 0 donuts to offer in the evening. This has happened on several occasions in Waretown, NJ. It’s like this store is doing it’s best to go out of business. What gives?!?

I go in all the time and the service and Atmosphere is always great and the workers there are always nice and friendly and they really go above and beyond to make sure everything you've ordered is good. Their donuts are very good.

Normally, I wouldn't read leave bad review but the response that I got out of the manager was pretty poor to say the least. I understand Hair goes into food times and I've been a loyal customer of this establishment from the time this location has opened. I returned back after dropping my child off at school and brought the issue to the manager and it was like it was no big deal that my first bite into a sandwich was filled with hair not the morning routine that I enjoy it would be one thing if this was the first time, but this is the second time in almost a year that this is happened and when I went back to speak to the manager again, I asked if they could please wear hairnets at least in the food prep area, and they say they have hats. However, the hats have open tops to them and that doesn't prevent you from readjusting the hat and hair coming out of your head into the food. The manager on duty brought over another manager on duty, and I suggested wearing hairnet and they said that it's not part of the protocol and I said well maybe you should consider it and there was absolutely no consideration for me, the customer it was too much of a conversation to be had during a busy morning. Very poor response. I asked them if they'd like hair in their food as part of their morning routine and they ignored the question. TERRIBLE Customer service, not even I'm sorry.

High three, low four stars. Was here late on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised (and appreciative!) they still had doughnuts. Coffee was good as well. Clean bathroom. Small amount of seating.
