I have been to the four brothers a few times, and the food has been decent, however, the management has been very rude to many people in front of me and finally it has happened to me. Sometimes you believe after you’ve built a rapport and seen it happen to others it wouldn’t happen to you, but no, they are rude over there. The gentleman that was serving us with a short guy with glasses, very very, very rude and begin to lecture me and my guess about patience and how we should always give time to eat. Unfortunately, the food isn’t that good to return after this bad expense I will never return back there again

Solid foundation , good food , great prices , overall you can’t miss
We came for brunch. Food was great, the chicken is well balanced, the waffle and the syrup is sweetened just right. What’s disappointing is the automatic 25% gratuity + inflation. I get the gratuity but this is the 1st I have seen inflation added!

👋🏽 everyone! Soo, lately I've been loving brunch and enjoying chicken and waffles. My husband and I had breakfast at 4 Brothers on Sunday. It's an intimate establishment, meaning that the restaurant has a small dining room. The ambience is reminiscent of my favorite and savory diners and meals I've enjoyed as a youth. You may have to wait for seating, although reservations aren't required. Now for our meals. My hubby had Catfish and Grits, which included 2 eggs and muffin. I had the Mountain Blvd Classic. It's 1 sweet potato waffle with 3 real chicken wings. We both enjoyed our entrées 🍽 ! And, if you're a coffee drinker, 4 Brothers' ☕️ doesn't disappoint! Try 4 Brothers for breakfast. I hope your experience is just as good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Worth the Drive!
I drove all the way from Jones Beach just to try 4 Brothers Breakfasts after hearing nonstop praise from friends in the area — and now I completely understand why they can’t stop talking about it! The waffles were golden and perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the grits and shrimp were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had — seasoned just right and full of flavor. You can taste the care and passion in every bite. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything came out hot and fresh. Definitely worth the drive and absolutely a spot I’ll be recommending to everyone I know.

Today was my first time here and when I tell you the food is so good omg. I had catfish and grits and I tell you I've never had grits that taste like that 10/10. I will definitely go back there. Trust me you will not be disappointed with them

After having many enjoyable visits to this restaurant I am sorry to say I will not be returning.
After leaving last week due to our order still not being taken after at least 30 minutes we returned today. Working in the service Industry myself I totally understand many circumstances that can occur to compromise good service.
Unfortunately today my husband and I were approached by a staff member who proceeded to give us a lecture on patience.
The entire experience was very upsetting and inappropriate.
We were well within our rights on our last visit to leave when we chose to. Returning today in good faith was also our choice only to be treated so rudely.
I am beyond disappointed !!!
Brunch places are the best. This place is halal so I could actually enjoy one. Automatic 5 stars
Visited this place on a Saturday morning around 11am looking for soul food near Plainfield. We waited in the front area approximately 20 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Once seated, we waited yet another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. There were only 4 other tables occupied. (Not super busy.) Once we received our food, it was pleasant. Good flavor but NOT worth the wait. There seems to be a staffing issue. There was a young child assisting in bringing condiments and drinks. We had coffee and it appears that they ration the creamer. We had to ask for more cream THREE TIMES, because they only fill the cream bowls 1/3 of the way. Don’t know if I will revisit this establishment.

I ordered the Mt. Bethal Classic & lemonade. The chicken wasn't fully cooked, to the point of still slightly bleeding. The lemonade pooch was too sweet. My cousin had the fried shrimp and grits. The grits were delicious. The fried fish wasn't seasoned well. I'm a little upset that they didn't offer a discount or something besides an apology for the raw chicken fiasco. This place used to be hitting but has fell off. M hoping theyre just going through something, so I'll go back one day to see if they get it back together.

Everything was good and the staff was nice but the chef was a little heavy handed with the salt. Especially on the chicken and biscuits. I felt my blood pressure rise through the roof

Bigger dining space than previous. Quality of food mediocre not typical southern fare. Expect too salty and greasy southern fried chicken. Portion sizes served are smaller than those served previously. Bayou grits with shrimp came as smaller combo with four shrimp for $35.26..a joke! Poor waiter service and long wait time. Icing on the cake....get hit with a 25% 'Gratuity & Inflation' mandatory charge on every check. Save money and find better places for better food and save your money!

My husband and I love this place! We’ve been going since 2021 as our typical food date without the kids lol. The food is always a hit and it never misses. I always get the fish and grits and it’s 100/10. The biscuits are homemade and super soft and buttery. Also the apple iced tea is absolute best! Highly recommend!!
