Normally we like the food at Aikou Warren, however tonight (2.14.24) we ordered takeout online. My wife called about 20 minutes later to confirm a pickup time since we know it is a busy night. They confirmed on the phone another 20 to 25 minutes. I left about 30 minutes after her call and arrived at the store. It's busy, lots of people waiting, whatever. It has now been 25 minutes since my arrival, so about an hour and 5 since we ordered. Still no food.Then the waitress chased down a young couple asking them if they paid. They said they left cash, she told them to wait. Sure enough, they had left cash. The kid said "I'm leaving this place a one star review!" Yanno what? I agree with him.I know it's busy, but this is a horrible experience on an otherwise decent local Asian cuisine place. Stop taking online orders or tell people the honest to God wait.

After eating here, within an hour, I had the worst stomach cramps. Let's just say, it's a good thing that I was at my house and close to a bathroom for 2 hours. I didn't even bother calling the restaurant to complain because I read other reviews that they refuse to be accountable when other people have gotten sick from the sushi. I've been eating here for years so I didn't read the recent Yelp reviews. Clearly, that was a big mistake as the quality has certainly gone down but not the prices. This restaurant is now on my do not eat list.

Soup and salad is not included with lunch like other Japanese restaurants. The lunch portions are small. It’s just okay..in addition they charge a fee to use a credit card. I don’t think I’m coming back…

Went here for dinner with my significant other since we wanted to try something new. The restaurant looks nice and is tucked away at the plaza’s corner. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet while we enjoyed our dinner. We ordered miso soup and sushi pizza for starters. Then, the sashimi dinner and different sushi rolls. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was since this was our first time here. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we chose and even had dessert. Service was good, but it kind of took some time for the food to come out. It is a bit pricey for the amount of food you get, it might be better to stop by during the lunch hours. Overall, great experience and we’ll be stopping by again.
Ordered the 1/2 duck...well lots of tasty veggies but had to look for the duck....maybe received 1/2 duck leg! Disappointed.

I looked at the menu on GOOGLE that said my meal was $22+$16 for two sushi entrees. When I went to go pick it up they charged me $24+$18 for the two entrees. I showed the manager the menu and he replied "its different with your internet provider". So I said "it's Google, there's no internet provider". He said he was not going to honor the Google menu, saying it was an old menu. So I guess he has no honor.

Shrimp tempura roll was mediocre at best. Spicy tuna roll was terrible- smelled and tasted like it wasn't fresh.

Not the best sushi and a bit pricey for the quality. However their hot entrees were a better pick esp the crispy squid and general tso chicken. The service was quick and generally nice and the restaurant was clean and spacious.
