This morning we picked up an order - drive through, we always ask to add cinnamon sugar at the pick up since that option is not available on the app. The coffees had almost no cold foam on the top and when we asked to put a bit more sugar the worker, the guy got annoyed and asked us to go to the front, we didn’t go because we didn’t have time so we just left.

It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get through a drive-thru. The line often is so long that it wraps around the building completely and blocks parking spaces for the other businesses making traffic a mess. The gentleman usually taking drive-thru orders is not capable of running the drive-thru efficiently. He really needs more training, more help, or hire someone who can do a better job. The system they have is simply not working, especially during rush hours. As a regular, I will have to find another DD out of the way to frequent.

Stopped by the Dunkin’ in Warren, NJ and had a pretty good experience. The avocado toast was tasty, though it took a little extra time to be ready. On the other hand, the coffee was made really well and came out super quick – just the way I like it. Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for good coffee and a quick bite.

My coworker and I frequent this place often, and each time we are met with a very angry and very rude older male staff. He tells us we aren’t fast enough, and we should “know our order” upon coming to the drive through, even if there is no line. He has made an inappropriate and rude comment each time we’ve come and today we decided we will not come back. We wanted to think maybe he had a bad day, maybe a bad week, but each time we are more dumbfounded than the last about how rude he is. He makes us uncomfortable and we don’t feel welcome.

The girl that was working the drive through today is always amazing. Fast, friendly and great customer service. Yesterday, the man that was there is a mess. Whenever he is there, the place is disorganized, long wait and makes mistakes. It’s like a totally different place. She is 5 stars. He is 1 star. She should get a raise and promotion.

Truly one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a drive through. This gentleman shouldn’t be serving customers if he doesn’t have any patience. Perhaps not all customers are commuters who get the same order every day??
