I went Sunday to order 7 subs of different styles. I ordered the first two. The young lady attempting to make my order I had to repeat myself 5 times, I asked for another person, next gal no better. A lady came from the back who seemed like the manager. She took over and finished made up the next 5 subs. This lady understood ENGLISH AMERICANS LANGUAGE!. One gal wrapped all the orders. I asked to Please mark each sub! I got the order home for my family visit and the fun started. We had to unwrap each sub to find out what it was. Either the workers seemed competent or they figure I'll get the Gringo for complaining. I rarely put reviews. It seems I wasn't in America. I travel a lot in foreign countries if I need items I have someone that speaks that language and I receive exactly what I ordered or needed. I don't go to a business and expect them to understand my English. In AMERICA I EXPECT A BUSINESS THAT CARES TO SERVE IT'S CUSTOMERS WOULD HAVE EMPLOYEES ON THE FRONT LINES TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. I don't have any issues with any foreigners speak your Spanish or whatever language with your people. I'm not learning Spanish or any other language. I SPEAK ENGLISH. Whoever owns this location get your EMPLOYEES English lessons so they can serve the customer that speak only English. We are in America. Maybe pay more and hire English speaking EMPLOYEES. The subs are pricey so you should have the funds to afford English speaking EMPLOYEES. The subs were tasty but most of them were made wrong. The seven folks asked what Jersey Mike's I went too so they don't go there.
