This location absolutely exceeds my expectations. Not only are the smoothies consistently fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients, but there’s also a special touch that makes this location stand out. There’s that other guy, you’ll know him when you see him, who crafted my smoothie during my visit. It was phenomenal. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and honestly the best I’ve ever had. You can tell there’s real pride and maybe a few secrets in every blend. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and smoothies so good you can’t help but wonder if that other guy will be there again the next time you visit. Highly recommend!

As the recent reviews suggest - the place has gone downhill due to poor customer service and lack of care by the owners.
Came in at 10AM when they were supposed to be open and saw the lights were still off. I get that stuff happens so I politely asked if they were open and was met with the most miserable woman who told me to come back later with a scowl on her face.
Waited around in my car and around 10:10 I was able to order. No hello or apologies from the employees, just the same scowl because I had the audacity to arrive when they are supposed to open I guess (have the credit card charge to prove it).
The other employee was listening to music and seemed to have no idea what he was doing because he needed to get help from Miss Friendly. Who knows if we even got the correct thing we ordered.
No idea how anyone would think it’s acceptable to run a business this way. Like I said, I get stuff happens but to act like customers are inconveniencing you during normal business hours is something else. Get a new job if you are that unhappy with your life.

Got a smoothie, tasted like mold and pure sugar - my dad paid for both of ours by card. I tried to return mine and have my dad’s card refunded, One gal was very sweet, another couldn’t have cared less and can’t blame her because management have clearly not set them up for success. The guy was nice but again couldn’t help because there’s no way I was consuming another item from the place and that was the only solution they had. The guy really tried to make me another smoothie but that’s not a solution that was appropriate in this situation: Apparently, they’re not allowed to refund cards. Also, no one says a word to until they’re ready for you to order and everyone has ear buds in so, there’s a negative level of customer service. No leadership, no empowerment and clearly a gross establishment. Overpriced, rotten cup of diabetes. Don’t ever go here.

I needed a non-dairy option and was a bit disappointed by the menu selection. Staff was helpful and suggested I substitute in their vegan protein blend. I was unaware that for whatever reason this comes loaded with sugar substitutes and I found the flavor a bit disgusting. Not interested in returning, unfortunately

My last two orders were not correct at all! One of my acai bowls had granola mixed in with the acai base (I had asked for no granola) the second time my coconut bowl was half way or less than half way filled! I expect to get exactly what I ordered especially cause it’s not cheap. Needless to say I won’t be supporting this company again!

Need better customer service. Two young ladies that work there need more training. The one young lady with the blonde hair is not professional at all, she mess up my smoothie then got mad because she had to do it over I ordered the peanut powder with strawberries. Then when I was exiting the store she didn’t say anything.
Fresh and refreshing.I like what they make here.
Went here to get a smoothie With yogurt and the drink itself tasted extremely sour, the yogurt was clearly bad. Im not sure how fresh there supplies are but I will not be coming back here againGo to the smoothie King in Clark, way better and you’ll get exactly what you ordered unlike this location.

Can’t really mess up a smoothie, but customer service is trash!
Horrible customer service. Wouldn't come back, rather make the trip to Somerset. Had 2 customers walk in while I waited and their orders were wrong.
The Glove didn’t fit, but my angel food smoothie fit perfectly inside of my taste buds.
Went here a few days ago to grab a smoothie and while I was waiting for it to be ready, I couldn’t help but notice the swarm of gnats by the pick up station and all over the walls and signage. Seriously hundreds, like infested. This place needs a good cleaning. Couldn’t help but think if any were in my drink ? will definitely be finding a new smoothie spot
