I have no idea what has happened to the store. It used to be the place to go now it closes at 2 o’clock. Nobody works there. That has been a joy to see. I was told most people were terminated. What a shame Starbucks is going downhill and the Store is the top of the list.
Waiting very long time only one person is working , took 15 minutes to get cold brew. No one was in the line. Horrible service.

The music is always blaring at this Starbucks. It’s way too loud for customers to do any work or have good conversation.
Tell the employees to be aware of their customers who would like to sit inside..

First of all, I bring my 2 dogs to this Starbucks all the time for the past 5 years and no one ever said a thing! Now all of a sudden 2 days ago when I went with my mother they complained about the dogs like what??? Also my mother asked for a decaffeinated iced coffee they gave her a regular hot coffee! My mom cannot drink regular coffee! She specifically said to them 4 times decaf coffee they didn’t seem to care. After she took 2 sips she realized it was regular and her heart started racing and she felt very dizzy! I tried to go to one of the workers and tell them they screwed up they didn’t care. We are never going here again! Careless workers! I wanted so bad to go back in there and kick some ass but they wouldn’t care about that either and it’s not worth it! It made my mother very sick! My mother and I are switching to Dunkin Donuts! Nicer people and it’s cheaper and the coffee is better!

Stood at the counter for 16 mins not a be right with you, give us a second, her ignored. I then decided guess I'll use the app since no one is acknowledging the people in line. They only cared for online orders. It was 6:49am and 3 people working. If that is your busy time and 3 people can't handle it then hire some part timers for peak hours. After 16 mins staring at employees and 14 mins to make my drink, my order was wrong. Faster service across the street at dunkin.

Nooo neverrr… There was a manager extremely rude. Don’t know how to talk with customer. Ask simple question how long it’s gonna take ? Just start to being extremely rude for that

I've had couple bad experiences with this store, last time I paid $6 for a cup of ice and I've never seen so much ice at any other Starbucks store. Yesterday, I ordered an iced latte but got a cup of iced milk. What a joke.

I have been here several times and always had a good experience not sure why today made a difference but the drink was horrible and way to sweet If I wasn’t on my lunch break O would have went back and asked for a refund.
