They can't make the simple coffee perfect. Rude if you ask remake the coffee, they just add more sugar on existing coffee if you insist that's it.

As we arrived a nice man was infront of us and told us to go ahead. The staff was very rude and said “no sir, order now”. Then, we went to order and got four grilled cheese. The staff proceeded to ask us if we really want four as if that wasn’t reasonable to order. We planned to pay with an 100 bill, and they told us ONLY after the fact that we ordered that they would not take 100s. No signs saying no 100 dollar bills. Alex and Peter were very rude. Rolled eyes at each other because of us multiple times. Maybe we came on an off day🤷♀️

I've done one pickup from here and gotten delivery once from here, and both times I've been disappointed. My Grande Dolce latte had a Tall's amount of coffee in it, and my Venti Prauline had a Grande's amount (notice the pattern). I used to be a barista, so I know a foam head can melt a little, and whipped cream can also melt, but not to the point two inches are empty inside of the cup. Do it twice? I'm just being scammed at that point.
For the pickup, I was headed back to work, so I didn't check or have time to go back and ask for a fix (without proof I hadn’t had anything, it felt pointless returning hours later). The delivery was the following day, and there wasn't any evidence the driver had spilled it-- and I checked the inside immediately hoping it was a one time thing. Nope.
If you have a frozen drink, you're safe (as I saw with my co-worker's) since your amount can't be hidden. Hot drinks, check. Check before you drive off! Check before you leave the store.

I have been going to this location for some time now because it is close to work. Today I was ignored not once, but twice. I asked the barista for a sleeve. She looked at me, said ok, and continued to make coffee. I waited until she finished and stood there as she took another order. I asked the cashier, he said ok, and walked away. It was another customer, who saw what was going on, that asked the barista again for me. So customer service sucked today. Do better!!!

I was disappointed by the manager on duty’s response when I requested a cup of water for a patron who appeared to be feeling faint. Initially, she insisted that I purchase a bottled water. When I questioned her lack of empathy given the situation, she reluctantly provided a cup of water. Her handling of the matter felt dismissive and negligent, especially considering the potential health concern.
I love getting my starbucks order from here.

I have no idea what has happened to the store. It used to be the place to go now it closes at 2 o’clock. Nobody works there. That has been a joy to see. I was told most people were terminated. What a shame Starbucks is going downhill and the Store is the top of the list.

The music is always blaring at this Starbucks. It’s way too loud for customers to do any work or have good conversation.

First of all, I bring my 2 dogs to this Starbucks all the time for the past 5 years and no one ever said a thing! Now all of a sudden 2 days ago when I went with my mother they complained about the dogs like what??? Also my mother asked for a decaffeinated iced coffee they gave her a regular hot coffee! My mom cannot drink regular coffee! She specifically said to them 4 times decaf coffee they didn’t seem to care. After she took 2 sips she realized it was regular and her heart started racing and she felt very dizzy! I tried to go to one of the workers and tell them they screwed up they didn’t care. We are never going here again! Careless workers! I wanted so bad to go back in there and kick some ass but they wouldn’t care about that either and it’s not worth it! It made my mother very sick! My mother and I are switching to Dunkin Donuts! Nicer people and it’s cheaper and the coffee is better!
