Stood at the counter for 16 mins not a be right with you, give us a second, her ignored. I then decided guess I'll use the app since no one is acknowledging the people in line. They only cared for online orders. It was 6:49am and 3 people working. If that is your busy time and 3 people can't handle it then hire some part timers for peak hours. After 16 mins staring at employees and 14 mins to make my drink, my order was wrong. Faster service across the street at dunkin.
Great place! I was here just one time and I like it this Starbucks. I ordered one item: Iced Vt Lavender Mtcha here and my drink was fresh and delicious. I got nice experience about my drink from this store.

I hadn't been to Starbucks in about 5 years due to cost and proximity to work. There store changed. Very minimalist in decor, not as spotless as it used to be. There used to be a condiment bar with vanilla powder, cinammon, and various sweetners and stirrers. All gone. They no longer have any of them available. It was messy and since there were only 2 employees and maybe 5 patrons sitting at tables I felt it wasn't worth the$6.66 I paid for a latte.
