I came into Tap & Bitters in Warren kinda late like, almost closing time late and I ordered something else on the menu. Honestly? I didn’t love it. I was a little frustrated. But here’s the thing: it's not about what went wrong, it's about how you fix it. And wow, did they ever deliver.

We are here last night. The room is very nicely decorated with a large bar. I ordered a margarita which tasted off after a sip, I thought it would be fresh. Our server was very nice and let me exchange it for a beer. I had a burger, my husband had the jambalaya . The burger was just OK. The restaurant was empty. My biggest disappointment was when the bill came we were charged for the Margarita- that’s not right. Husband didn’t mention it when we got the bill, but we wouldn’t...

New Year's Eve. We were the only ones there. Very strange situation. Clearing all the tables while we ate. Why were they even taking reservations? Limited menu. Very disappointing.
