I ordered through Uber Eats because the promotion clearly stated “Buy a Turkey Club, get a Jetty Junior for free.” I placed my order but never received the Jetty Junior. When I called to explain, the employee kept repeating that I didn’t order it instead of acknowledging the promotion or offering a solution. She wasn’t helpful at all, and apparently, the manager wasn’t available. On top of that, the Bahama Bowl I ordered was clearly frozen overnight — not fresh at all. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again. Save your time and money.

I got caught in a bad storm with down pouring rain and a tornado warning. I pulled into the parking lot in front of Tropical Smoothie Cafe seeking refuge with my toddler and baby in tow. The employees ran outside to help us in, gave us towels and comforted us while we waited for the storm conditions to subside, then helped us back out to the car when we were ready to leave. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. Plus the smoothies are delicious and the perfect consistency, my picky toddler loved his. We will definitely be back.

This is my go-to spot for smoothies and the less known food options (especially as a vegetarian).
The menu has variety of options for a vegetarians and I appreciate that you can customize so many more items to make them vegetarian friendly. They also offer plant based protein for smoothies!! My favorite is the Oatmeal Chia Bowl and the Hummus Veggie Wrap.
The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the space is always clean. A great spot if you’re looking for vegetarian friendly options without sacrificing taste or convenience!

Terrible customer service I called to see what time they close called 3 times back to back so I figured they are very busy. I called as I’m walking in I see the phone ringing 3 staff standing around no customer in the store the phone is by their side They hear it ring nobody bothers in picking it up The owner was just waking in I told him what happened he offered my a free smoothie which I refused I’m not looking for free anything just take care of your customers Never going back If they don’t care for customers I don’t care for them
